The condo was extremely clean located in a great spot. Maven's is a cool coffee, sandwich, wine and cheese shop a block away. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was easily accessible. Would definitely recommend.

Overall good experience . Clean and efficient . Excellent location if you wish to walk into town. Not a huge fan of the the key app. Upstairs neighbors super noisy but realize management can’t control that.

We had a fine stay. We dislike the Latch app the welcome emails/texts are difficult to retrieve once you arrive as they get lost in the shuffle of this busy life. Relying on one guest’s phone to come and go is bothersome. White Towels and blankets have yellow stains, lacking a full length mirror, all the doors need oiling they are squeaky and wake guests in the night. No salt/pepper or basic cooking items, no zip lock bags or plastic wrap. Neighbor above paced loudly our entire trip. We honestly thought about going up to the 4th floor and knocking. We would stay here again if we had to but find other units in this building to be better stocked and have more amenities.

The entry code didn’t work on check in. There was no answer on the emergency contact line. Had to stay at a hotel. Went back the next day to check in. More entry access problems. Customer service took about 10 minutes to resolve the problem (which was a very avoidable error) while I was standing in the cold. My missed night was refunded.

Latch app is a great way to enter building. A little more emphasis on the importance of the app and a friendly reminder would be helpful to late arrivals. The host did not reach out to me personally once! I’d requested it! You can tell it’s a business and that they don’t care about the guest once they have gotten your money. The place has great potential and with a little love ( toilet paper, shampoo, soap for guests) maybe even a bit of coffee or sugar would be a nice touch. The place has such a sewage stench from the laundry room that during our 3 day stay we had to have the windows opened the whole time. On arriving we thought something had died or the place had not been cleaned!! Under the bed there are dust bunnies and the pull out couch is not at all comfy. No way 2 adults could sleep on it or find it remotely suitable. The mattress on the pullout is thinner than our blowout we use when camping.
On the positive- the location is great and the kitchen is equipped nicely- my advice to host is just put a bit of effort into the tiny details and RESPOND to your guests

The Latch access was not clearly defined. It would be better if more details were included in how the process worked in case people arrive in the middle of the night, in a storm, and very tired. We didn't know anything about the Latch app and the box that gives the ability to key in the numbers was not well lite.
The ice machine was NOT working. No ice cube trays were available.
The shower head and wand looked nice and had enough pressure but were awkward. The wand would have been better served to be used higher up. The rain shower head just too soft for washing hair.
Thank you for the supplies. Plenty for a 4-5 night stay. Also great to put a toilet scrubber in the bathroom. It is the first time we have seen that.
"Amber" was great! She listened and responded to our frustration of trying to get into the building the first time.
