This was a suitable location to Bozeman for the purposes of visiting our daughter on campus. The unit is the basement unit of a near-campus house. While I wouldn’t call it “walking distance” to campus or downtown, it’s very convenient for both. The unit is well appointed and neat. The host was very responsive to our communications. I would stay here again, but not with three people. Our teenage son used the hideaway bed and had to go through the bedroom to use the one bathroom which created a few awkward moments. That said, I think this is a great option for a couple or a single wanting to visit students and I would definitely recommend it over some of the local motels from a convenience and price/value perspective

The contacts were very nice and quick to respond to my question on arrival. This is a basement apartment that is much smaller than the pictures make it look. We had 2 adults and an 11 year old. The pull out couch was almost too small for her and she is average height. It was also a very thin mattress on that bed and you could feel the bars through the mattress. When the couch was pulled out to a bed there was little room to move around and there is no table to eat at. The master bed was comfortable. Appliances - There is no washer/dryer in the unit. There is also no dishwasher. You are responsible for washing your dishes before you leave. A few of the dishes we pulled out to use were not clean. A plate had dried food on it and a coffee cup had dried coffee on the outside of it. Noise - the refrigerator runs constantly and the closest thing I can think to compare it to is someone snoring. We could hear the people above us walking around late into the night and early in the morning. When we walked into the bathroom we could hear the conversation they were having. This property is also located on a busy street and you can hear cars going by all night. Parking - This is on street parking on a busy street and you will need to provide them with your license plate as it is permit parking only for part of the year. This decorations are very nice. This would be good for 2 people but no more than that.
