Explore Big Sky Country!

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is 15 minutes from Yellowstone International Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 1 hour from Yellowstone, 45 minutes to Big Sky, 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl, and within walking distance to cafes and eateries .

Whatever your adventure, come home and enjoy the backyard with yard games, views of the Bridger Mountains, a fire pit, and hot tub. Entertain and relax with an open floor plan and wood burning stove.

Our home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main floor master suite has a King sized bed, full bathroom, and walk in closet. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, both have queen beds, with one room having a Twin XL trundle for additional sleeping.

Notice: 1 Ring Camera is located on driveway and records during motion for safety and security reasons.

Very clean and well equipt! The home had everything we needed in a central and easy to get to location. The owner was very responsive and kind and we had no issues! The hot tub was very clean and hot when we arrived. Great home for families as well. thanks again, we will be back!

Awesome stay

We had an awesome time at the Bozeman base camp. The house was spacious and the views were awesome. The kids had plenty of room to run around in the backyard. Location was awesome, just a few miles to Whole Foods and shopping downtown. Hikes are within 20 minutes. Communication was great. We would highly recommend!

Great stay for long weekend

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood for our family of 4 to use for a long weekend. The large closet and bathroom in the primary bedroom were a plus. The house is a very short drive to nearby shopping as well as historic downtown Bozeman. Owner was responsive to our messages and offered follow-up if needed.

Family getaway

The house has enough room for 5 adults and 2 teenagers to be comfortable. The hot tub is a nice amenity. It was a convenient location for our stay. We would stay again the next time we are in town.

Worked great for us!

Our group of 5 adults stayed for a combination ski trip/college move in. The home had everything we needed. Beds and couch were comfy. Kitchen space was very nice. The skiers used the hot tub a couple times and appreciated that. Nice quiet neighborhood not too far from anything.

Winter vacay

Joseph’s house was perfect for my family of 5. We were already in love with Bozeman from a previous trip but Joseph’s house is conveniently situated to everything Bozeman has to offer. The airport is 20 minutes away, downtown is 10-15 minutes, Big Sky is an hour depending on the weather, Bridger Bowl is 35 minutes and Yellowstone via Gardiner MT is 1.5 hours depending on the weather. The house and neighborhood is exactly as described and we had a wonderful week. Thank you Joseph!

Great view

My husband and I and our two boys stayed in the house for Christmas. The location was great, close to shops. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view of the back patio of the mountains was amazing!! Joe was very easy to message and quick to respond. I recommend this house.

Fly Fishing Heaven

The property was in a nice residential area perfectly located between Bozeman and 4 Corners (outfitters shop). This was great allowing short trips to outfitters and short drive into the city. The property ticked all our boxes. The only problem was the hot tub which the owner rectified.

Very convenient if skiing in Big Sky

The property is exactly as listed and was very clean. Great for 4 adults. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, this is not the place for you as there are very few pots, pans, etc. But it was fine for cooking breakfast and we appreciated the coffee provided for the Keurig machine. We’d definitely stay again.

Perfect stay for MSU parents weekend!

We used the house as basecamp for our visit to Bozeman for MSU parents weekend. The house comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 teens with plenty of towels for all. The location was great being a short 10-minute drive to campus and/or downtown, and only a few minutes from the restaurants at The Market. We also enjoyed Hop Lounge in the neighborhood. The house was beautiful and clean with mountain views. We used the hot tub each night and the rocking adirondack chairs each morning. We appreciated the provided k-cups, shower toiletries, and household supplies. Joe was very easy to reach and responsive. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for a weekend visit and enjoyed the convenience to our friends’ home in the same neighborhood. Location is great and easy to get to all of Bozeman, the airport, and surrounding activities. House is simple, clean and well-kept. I would recommend for future stays.
