"We absolutely loved this house! The space was fantastic for multiple families —roomy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a ski day. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was very clean and made our stay feel extra special. Everything was well laid out and inviting, and we felt right at home. We had a wonderful time here and would happily stay again. Our group has rented several houses in this area, and this was by far our favorite!"

"While the Hotel Earl is a clean, modern, and perfectly located gem near downtown Charlevoix, my off-season stay was a mixed bag due to winter conditions and maintenance hurdles. The room was immaculate and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, but the experience was dampened by an unplowed parking lot and the loss of major amenities, including a closed pool and hot tub due to a leak and an unattended lobby bar. Because I booked through a third-party vendor, no compensation could be offered for these missing features—and I even ended up paying for my full two-day reservation despite checking out a day early—but as I wasn't there on vacation, it was a manageable trade-off. I would certainly return during the peak season to experience the hotel at its full potential, especially to enjoy the rooftop bar overlooking the lake."
