Disciples Village beautiful Condo - Steps to ski and lakes

FIRST THINGS FIRST, REMEMBER TO BOOK SKI PASS THROUGH BOYNE MOUNTAIN'S WEBSITE AFTER YOUR BOOKINGS!

This Disciples Ridge condo is located directly on the Boyne Mountain property and is perfect for a larger group coming to ski, bike, golf, hike or gather for a special event! A short walk takes you to the middle of Boyneland run and, from there, you can access the base of the mountain and all that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer. Also, short walk to the base of the Mountain where the Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark is located. Hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each less than 20 minutes from the Mountain.

For the skiers, although this unit is not right beside the slope, all of your expected destinations like the Boyneland Lift Chair for beginners, the main campus as well as Mountain Grand and The Disciples 8 Express Lift Chair are just within several minute walking distance (even when you gear up)!

This condo rents as a FULL UNIT and has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 dens. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities. This well-appointed condo is loaded with amenities and is large enough to accommodate 1, 2, 3, or more families. It sleeps up to 16 persons. It is nicely decorated and includes nice furniture and 2 fireplaces.

In the main level, it includes a den with the dining , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and a bar. The 1st bedroom has two queen beds. The guest full bathroom with walk in shower room is right beside. The 2nd bedroom is the master which has a king bed and the attached master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. In this main level, there is also an outdoor back deck with a patio set and a barbecue grill.

The loft level has the 3rd bedroom with two queen beds and an attached full bathroom with shower/tub.

The lower level of the condo is accessed via an internal stairwell as well as its own separate outside entrance. The 4th bedroom with two queen beds is on this lower level. The other full bath is right beside. There is the other den with sleeper sofa, and additional kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine. High ceilings and many built-in cabinets for storage. Stack-able washer/dryer on this level of the condo.

WiFi, cable (HBO, ESPN, Big Ten Network, etc) are available in each level of the condo.

Perfect for two families

We will definitely try to rent here again for our next Boyne ski vacation. Great location, condo was clean and in perfect condition. Having two levels and kitchens made this ideal for two families. Bedding was so comfortable we all overslept!

Family Golf Trip

The property is very nice and well equipped, clean, and had plenty of room to accommodate our group of 9 golfers. Jane was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and addressed my questions / concerns very quickly and to my satisfaction. When in the area again we would definitely stay here.

Overall the unit is quite convenient on property at Boyne Mountain. The free shuttle is very convenient. The unit is looking a bit tired as it needs updating as it appears that it is just used for rentals. We had an issue with the first unit being infested with ticks. The rental contact was responsive and was able to relocate us into a comparable unit. The second unit was a bit tired looking as well but was able to accommodate all 8 guys on a golf trip. It was inconvenient to pack everything up and relocate but it was better than being concerned about ticks. It would have been nice for them to offer us a discount on our stay due to the inconvenience of having to move to another unit.

Fabulous time at beautiful condo

I truly enjoyed bringing my family together at this spacious condo. Every family had their own room, space, and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, my son with a 1 year old enjoyed having a kitchen on the lower level. We loved how close we were to Deer Lake, and spent a full day there, ate at Beach House for dinner and kayaked one evening. A Quick trip to Boyne City led to a pontoon rental that capped off the weekend. Would absolutely rent again!

Great Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for a ski weekend. We had 13 of us and with the two levels and two kitchens had plenty of room. There were plenty of comfy beds and pillows, the bedrooms are spacious, the condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. You easily can walk to Disciples 8 Chairlift. The only negative is there is not a pool or hot tub for your use unless you want to pay the Boyne Lodge which is 50 per person. Other than that we would gladly come back.

Very spacious and comfortable

Place is very nice, and easy to check in to. Had a small concern with cleaning of the property as we found some trash from the previous guests and some bugs on the counter. The towels were still in the washer and not done and the dishwasher was still full of dishes. Otherwise the house and bedding seemed clean and in good order. Nice location and enjoyable to hang out in the common rooms.

Great for larger groups

While some furnishings are showing wear, overall the amount of space and the number of bathrooms served our large group well. The property was tidy and linens were fresh, but the property could benefit from updated couches, mattresses and a deep clean of carpeting and other furniture. (And bathroom vents!) Also, note that there is no assigned parking and for a unit that sleeps 14+, you are only allotted two parking spaces. This can be challenging if your group is arriving and departing at various times. Do note that while the property does not allow pets, there were obvious signs and smells in the lower unit of someone having a cat. If you have allergies, beware! The unit is in a quiet location with great access to the resort and mountain, and just a quick drive to Boyne City where there were lots of additional restaurants and shopping, and Sunset Park. With a little updating this could be 5 stars. As it is, it was a bit overpriced and a step down from what we were expecting. The checkin process was super easy and the communication with the property manager, Jane, was excellent.
