"Cleaning service needs major improvements. My beds had hair on them, the oven was filthy and it was a whole in the bathroom door. The couch had visible stains as well as food splash on the walls."

"After second day host said the property was not pet friendly (listing clearly states pet friendly, and I did say I was traveling with a pet in my search) and we had a pet, I did not see the message until the following day.
