"CitizenM is a really cute hotel chain with a consistent look and feel. It’s perfect for artsy types and digital nomads. Their Paris hotels have great coworking spaces, although I’m not a fan of the reservation system. Still, they’re great places to work. I personally like the rooms. They’re very compact, but they have everything you need, from an iron to a hair dryer. I do wish they welcomed guests with a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the bar, but getting it can take way too long. They could really use a couple of self-service water stations. For some reason, the women on staff were especially warm and wonderful, particularly Kika (maybe Keeka) When I needed an ice pack, she improvised one using ice and a plastic glove. Smart! The men were mostly curt and unfriendly. Maybe it’s because I’m not a hot lady. Haha. Who knows?"

"Very friendly staff, beautiful room and lovely location very close to Notre-Dame. It has a wonderfully historic vibe and is right in the heart of the city. We would definitely return for our next trip to Paris!"

"We really enjoyed the hotel. Location was terrific for walking and seeing the site. Great location for using UBER. Restaurants in the area are quite good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. We could open our room window in the early evening to listen to very good street musicians playing in the plaza. Very Cool."

"Accommodation was ok, although it did not look anything like the photos. Also had to clean the sofa before making the bed which was not ideal on the first day. The flat was small & compact and not ideal for anyone over 5ft really. The toilet and separate shower rooms very small & tight. Very basic set up in the kitchen but had everything needed to make a meal if needed. One big thing missing was any air conditioning, being at the top was very hot and only had 3 small fans. No natural daylight into the flat as when kitchen window is opening it’s blocked by growing plants. Window in lounge also did not open well due to sofa being in the way. Very tight and awkward mezzanine floor to get to the bed on hands and knees A smalls and very tight steps up to the 2nd bedroom but this could be accessed by another door. As a base to stay it was ok for a short trip."

"Perfect location. Renovated Holiday Inn from only 3 years ago. Five stars fir everything but size of rooms and shower, but no hassle since you'd be drinking champagne at St Andre's downstairs."

"Why haven’t you booked this, if you are reading this review, you should not wait. Hotel is right next to Gare De Lyon, smart way to travel around Paris. Take metro, RER or sncf, it’s all here. Amazing lobby on Mezzanine level, rooms are superb. Having stayed at another hotel in Paris as an American tourist, this hotel hits the home run."
