"I checked in on the 3rd staying until the 8th. I came downstairs(elevator doesn’t work and they charge you for using the phone and I am on the 3rd floor)and asked to have new sheets and towels today and I was informed that I would have to bring down the dirty laundry and then I would be given fresh sheets and towels. I asked if I could take the clean sheets and towels up since the elevator was broken and I was told NO. So they wanted me to go back up the stairs to the 3rd floor, get the dirty laundry, walk back downstairs to get the clean sheets and towels, walk back up the stairs and make up the bed myself all while paying nightly prices the same as a hotel where I would have gotten the maid service. They also informed me that in order to get maid service, I would have to be staying 14 days minimum."

"checked in at 11:30pm at night, parking and the area itself felt safe, front desk lady was very nice! She gave us a complementary breakfast voucher. This was the first hotel I been to with hard floors & I actually realized I it better then carpet flooring, room was clean!! Continental breakfast was good!! Has a little convenient store with drinks/snacks/ramen/necessities right next to front desk, reasonable prices too! Enjoyed our stay!! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"I would never stay at this property again. The rooms are old, the breakfast was terrible, no spoons for yogurt and when I asked for one the staff member didn't acknowledge that there weren't any and even indicate she'd look for one. The carpet was filthy and I was afraid to take my shoes off. No, never again. "

"Enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Very relaxing under the pergola. Free Breakfast was good and helped start the day without having to search for a restaurant. Good location. Area is secure, key card for access felt safe. Quite rooms. No King beds but Queen was comfortable. Nice to have the kitchenette for snacks. Free parking close to LA airport. Early check-in for a price of $25.00. "

"Room was great very large King suite. Clean room. Parking wasnt a problem. Got to the property late into the evening and still parking avalible. Only one entrance and exit so very secure. Breakfast was great too. Plenty of choices/ selections on offer. Room was side of main street but didnt hear traffic at all. No usb plugs so plan accordingly. I usually take a small power strip that has usb c slits to use for our devices. Staff is ver helpful and polite. Would diff stay again. "
