"Staffs were friendly. Check in was fast. Rooms were big and spacious. At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of driving. Photos are from the first room. "

"The food wasn’t good, and the coffee amenities in the room were inadequate. We also had construction outside our room at 9am. The worst thing was that we parked a bobtail semi (properly, in no one’s way) in the parking lot while we stayed at the hotel, and the staff called security and then the police on us the next morning after threatening to tow us. Would they have done this if we’d been in a Mercedes? I’m guessing not. It’s the kind of classism that makes staying a place like this unpleasant. You are treated differently, even if you are respectful and don’t break any rules."

"The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better motels for lesss than half that price. Never again."

"When I checked in I was asked how often I wanted room cleaned I said every other day. They never cleaned it. The TV was on its last legs & was very dark. Remote didn’t work unless standing in front of tv. Buttons didn’t work. Sound stayed on after shutting off. I I received a text from them asking about stay. I told them about tv and there not being any sample things like lotion etc and was asked if they could come check the tv I said sure but let them know I wasn’t there. They never came. Asked at front desk for creamer and equal since they weren’t cleaning my room next day. They said sure they would send housekeeping up but they never came. Aftter 4 hours i obtained from restaurant. (Where I could have gone originally) when checking out to with luggage 1 elevator was being worked on but other elevator wasn’t working so I called the front desk and after two calls front desk “Telly” said it was on the 3d floor but doors weren’t opening. I called back and she sent my phone directly to vm. I called back over 10 times and each time she immediately placed me into voice mail. Finally I asked someone who was cleaning a room who showed me another elevator around the corner. When I went down to front desk & asked why she didn’t tell me there was another elevator she said “that’s the employee elevator”. Admittedly I was not nice & told her not to have a nice day. Stress not necessary with luggage and time to go to airport. Telly should be reprimanded. "

"The breakfast was 2 granola bars and juice, the doors would not close properly, no shower curtain, mice were running between rooms, walls were stained and it smelt like smoke. Wifi also non existent."
