Room smells like smoke. Faucet only drips water when turn on. Chair broken and dirty stained. Breakfast was granola bar and juice out of a mug. Pool was closed.. cops was always showing up.. the nicest thing about my stay was the price and the lady at the front desk. She was really nice and friendly.

I have noticed that all the hotels around there? Are in bad condition, but this one is been the better hotel .i don't know if it is because of the client that goes their .I noticed that thy are fixing around , but it needs some more cleaning and new curtains in bed covers . It is not cheap the night . So it could be better looking. The people that work there are very nice that i do like a lot . I live in PA but my boyfriend work over there so i do need to stay at a hotel a lot.

Wouldn't recommend

Manager was very pleasant and respectful. Hotel needs to be cleaned more from the front lobby to the rooms. When I went to check the room after check in the comforters and bedding had cigarette burn holds in all the bedding. Besides customer service being pleasant I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay here again.

Had a working pool, hot shower, fridge and a bed. Under renovations - one wing should be completely closed, not through the whole place at one time. Filthy carpets, unsafe lighting, mouse bait in the 2nd floor room. Wood furniture was functional, but very scarred. No coffee maker, no breakfast. Would have cancelled if we had not prepaid. Take Lysol disinfectant, we did.

WORST stay in a long time. Booked king bed, none given. Breakfast included in reservation, they don't have a restaurant. Room was EXTREMELY DIRTY, they had roach traps and worse yet, they had RAT traps as well. Blankets had holes of cigarette burns. Room was stale and smelled of uring. EXPEDIA, get your information straight and NEVER offer this site agai

The property was nice from the outside but that was the only highlight of this trip. We stayed at this location as it was fairly close to the cruise port which made it a convenient place to stay the night before our cruise. We walked in to find an almost friendly person working the front desk. As we entered just past the desk we saw buckets all over the floor that were catching the water that was dripping from the ceiling in numerous places. Then we had to watch walking to our room so we didn’t fall walking past the ice machine as it was leaking all over the floor. Entering our room was even worse. The room clearly was a smoking room at some point as it absolutely reeked of a cigarette. It was so bad we decided to take our suitcase and any belonging we could back to the car. There was no way we could sleep in that room with the smell. It was on everything. The beds, linen, towels, curtains. Everything. We ended up driving to the dollar store down the street and got 2 bottles of Fabreeze that we spayed constantly in the room. We could smell it in our hair and on our pajamas by the time we left in the morning. (Our pajama smelled the entire 10 day cruise). Breakfast was not any better. We ended up walking across the street to McDonald’s for breakfast as the only thing available to eat was a honey and oats granola bar. At this point no one trusted the water or juice they had out. There were only like 6 chairs in the breakfast table and one of the staff was sitting in a chair.

Only 2 TV child. The boarders were coming off the carpet. The room and entry to the hotel had a bad odor. Hot didn’t work. The continental breakfast was just juice. And it started late. Did enjoy the stay. The heat worked though I will say. The bathroom water spout leaked.

The rooms were extremely dirty. If you pay through a third party app, they place you in the lower end rooms. I stayed there for weeks, and I regret it. This place is mouse infested, the mice literally run right under the doors and all over the rooms. I even cleaned up rodent droppings while staying here. The entire staff acts as if they dont know what they are doing and they take advantage of people of color... The complimentary breakfast is a lie... they put out apple juice and water.

The advertisement of the hotel was great though ratings was great. I get there. The room is in a disarray. There’s racks to put your towels and washcloths on. The breakfast area was nothing but juice in a container and some breakfast bars a mess. I will not be seeing there again.

Starting from the room bed sheets were burned with cigarettes, rats running in the room rat droppings on the bed when I returned. I informed at the reception about the rats and droppings I was told that room will be cleaned in sometime as I was again going out for some work. Room was the same as I returned so I had to leave the hotel as I don’t wanted smell the rat pee the whole night break was just granola bar orange and apple juice and coffee. Sorry to say but I did paid $75 per night for 2 days I stayed only I night and 3 hours I want my refund back if possible or guide me where to get refund from . People on reception have no idea about the property.
