"Very clean room and shower. convenient location-target n costco near by. Various options for foods. Pillow seems little flat and uncomfortable. Other than that… it was great stay. Excellent breakfast (fresh made omelet , waffle, oatmeal, sausage or bacon, juices, muffins, bagel n toast, cereal, milk, almond milk, boiled egg, cottage cheese). Hot coffee n welcome cookies… 24 hrs gym(little small). Swimming pool was outside with gated. But random person was roaming around to pick up empty cans n bottles. I was little scared at first. Jacuzzi was good option to have for relaxing at the end of day. Definitely I am saving for next visit. "

"Everything went very well! Pre visit communication with host was super. During the stay, we requested if the hot water for the shower could be made hotter. She accommodated. Never had a host adjust something like that before! Place was well maintained. When we go to Moreno Valley again we will be in contact! Thank you host! Eres una superestrella!"

"We arrived on the date and time (3pm) agreed. I received the key code and thought we were off to a great start. Unfortunately the home was not cleaned from the prior guest. The home in general was not the cleanest either (carpet, furniture, and pool table stained). The host apologized for the mishap and sent the cleaner to the home that day at 6:30pm. They were there from that time to 10:30pm. She wasn’t able to finish as we had been up nearly 23 hours traveling and by the time she was going to vacuum my family was sleep. Prior to the cleaner showing up, I cleaned out the refrigerator so that we could put stuff inside. I also had to reclean the showers as the cleaner did not do a good job and there was hair and dirt left in them. I had to go back through the house with Lysol and Clorox wipes to sanitize as this was not done. Once this was taken care of the house was OK. As I said it was not kept very clean. We did not use the hot tub as it had an odor and a lot of bubbles (TDS) in it. We could not enjoy the back yard or grill as the furniture was filthy and so was the grill. The games were a nice touch and gave us something to do between events. Over all I will say that the host was responsive and did try to make up for the issues. However when you rent a home and are expected to follow the rules you’d also like for the host to do the same. The house not only should have been cleaned after the last guest but it should have been clean in general and it was not. "
