"The home is very clean and very close to downtown and all its restaurants and activities. The Florida room and fenced yard was a great addition to our stay in Florida. I will stay again if I come to Ocala and I will tell my friends and family to book a stay also. "

"The location of this property is great and close to some local springs. The check in process is easy and the homeowner is quick to respond. That's about where the good qualities end. The AC was not turned on before our arrival so the house was 86 degrees when we arrived, and didn't cool down until morning. The house was definitely not professionally cleaned as there was hair and toothpaste in the sinks, and smudges on shower and tub. There was also debris on the floor. A random gummy in the bed sheets. And most alarming was a large pocket knife and personal massager just left open in the nightstand. This is definitely not a professionally run Vrbo location. "

"The house is remodeled in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent place for friends to stay with plenty of room to spread out. There is no hot tub though. I think that might be a typo in the listing. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and keypad entry which is great. "

"Not up to the usual standards of other places we stayed with Vrbo. No attention to detail… Refrigerator was never cleaned out from previous occupant old product left and spillage, bad first impression. Bathroom had old toilet toiletries from previous occupant. There was no coffee station set up or dog station as other times, disappointed. We paid to use a heated pool and it was not heated not working. It would be fair if we got a parcel refund because of this. Everything seem to be dated and thrown together for our visit. Could have been worse. But I sorry you cannot recommend this location."

"Kitchen was well stocked, grill had fuel, and we loved having on-site laundry since we had a baby with us. The host made it very easy to contact her and we ended up extending our stay. We had a great time and there was plenty of room to spread out."
