"The curtains in my room are designed for decor, unable to shut for darkness. The water of the shower head has no pressure, ran so slow. It look me forever to take a shower. The pillows are like the couch pillows. The lamps by the bed were rusted and dirty. It costs me over $300 just to stay for 1 night. I've never stayed in a hotel like this and would not go back !!!"

"Pool area was very nice. Rooms very dated. Dust all over, rusty fixtures, and lamp not functioning. Stayed 2 nights and no room service provided. Had to call to get towels. Very unorganized front desk. I paid for room using Expedia points and my credit card. Front desk stated room wasn’t paid. I produced receipts and was still called by th front desk my second day there stating that they needed my credit card to charge the room though it was already paid and I had provided proof on check in. Difficulty with check out as well because the room wasn’t showing as paid. Such a hassle! I’m worried what charges I will need to fight on my credit card. Shuttle service was very disorganized as well. My kids did enjoy the pool area and the breakfast was okay. The lady who took our bags and helped out at breakfast was very kind and helpful. If only all the staff were friendly like that! We definitely won’t be staying there again. The hassle was definitely not worth the few good things. "

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The airport shuttle was comfortable, but not too convenient for airport pick-up. Especially if you are returning a car."

"Pool loungers are rock hard, would be great if they had pads available for the loungers. Staff was great and we were able to check in 2 hours early which was wonderful. We went out and enjoyed the pool while we waited to check in. "

"The airport shuttle was helpful for us to come from the airport. The staff was helpful in guiding us to reach the hotel and checking out as well. The only concern was the room was a bit smelly. Not sure if it was the cleaning solution or something else. "

"This is a scam., stay away from itJust a noisi spring bed bed in a tiny room with shared bathroom in an old house full of rooms. No space for furniture, barely enough space to put a small suitcase on the floor. Arrival at night, dark street in a scary. neighbourhood, no sign, no light, no reception.. My wife was scared to get out of the car. .This sort of terrible setup should be worth at most $2O per night, ! We could not believe how Orbitz can list such a dump !"
