"The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star review is that the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking water within an hour of our checking in. The manager was apologetic and gave us a new upgraded room. We just had to deal with the inconvenience of packing up and moving to the new room."

"The first and second room that that gave us were smoke filled and nasty. After the second room change we requested a refund and were told to contact Hotels.com for our refund. We told them we couldn’t stay in the smoky rooms and decided to drive back to Cochran,Ga, 3 1/2 hours away. If we don’t receive our refund we will not be using/staying with Hotels.com or Quality Inn again."

"king size bed but smaller than sofa little square pillows. Absolutely the worst night sleep. King size bed should have a king size pillow, not a postage stamp pillow!"

"Clean room, adequately supplied, friendly staff. Laundry available, but had to get quarters at the front desk and no detergent available. I bought some at a local store and left what I wasn't going to need for others to use. The stay was what I would expect at this price point. "
