"The hotel was easy to find on a main highway. Inside it was dark with stairs to climb and long hallways. The room was very small but comfortable. The restaurant was could be fixed up to feel more appealing. Not a great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and anxious to help. It was a good stop after traveling many hours. "A pleasant stay in a comfortable and well-equipped B and B 10 mins from the town centre while walking the Via Francigena. You can also get an evening meal cooked for you and there is the usual Italian style breakfast."

The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "The front desk staff was friendly, the room and hotel were clean and in good repair and both were attractive. The only negative was that the woman running running the breakfast room was rude and had a bad cold, wiping her nose on her hand while and before handling dishes and the food."
