Little bit further out of town so not as many out of town people visiting at night. Great weekly pricing. Room was cleaned, bed is huge, and the AC works great. "I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was! I rented a suite which suited me and my grown children while in Clovis. The breakfast was a major plus and there was always a fresh pot of coffee throughout the day. The grounds were well kept with a swimming pool fire pit and BBQ grill if needed. I would stay here again."

"Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place. "
