Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
I liked it.
Amazing - the tv and Wi-Fi worked well. Many places I have stayed for higher costs these systems did not work sparsely or not at all. TV problems have been damaged by customers in most.
Owner was very nice.
Older, but clean and quiet.
Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place.
I should have payed attention to the reviews. I stopped counting the roaches once the count surpassed 25. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. How this place is open for business is beyond me
The outside of the building looks run down and needs updating. My room had updated furnishings but the bathroom was dirty and needed updating. The deal breaker was all the bugs, bed bug and cockroach looking critters that started moving around as soon as the lights were turned off. Gross! I left hoping my clothes and personal items were not already infested.
This place is AWFUL! Never come here! It’s has roaches/dirty towels/bed is gross

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Literal live cockroach upon entering the bathroom AND the guy gave us the wrong room number BUT THE CARD STILL WORKED and we walked in on someone sleeping and I'm pretty sure all the cards work on all the rooms. Would NOT recommend. Better to sleep in a car.
Non smoking room reeked of tobacco smoke and the ac unit did not work. My wife didn’t give this place a second chance so we left and went to the hotel next door. Owner did not offer refund
Dirtiness is not the right word to describe the room. It's so much more than just dirt... Inches of compacted dirt at the floor edges, stripping doors, sheets with dried blood, grey towels that were once white walls with dirty stains, broken furniture with huge dirty stains, provide just a small description of the room...
It was the first night when we were so glad that we had our towels to cover the bed and were afraid to undressed before going to sleep.
After driving about 1000 miles that day we were so tired to change the hotel... It was too late.
We did not expect this from expedia...
The property was disgusting. The rooms were disgusting. The staff mean the one checking you in not necessarily housekeeping was probably the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life and charge me for a coffee stain on some stained up sheets when the mattress wasn’t wet during check out below the sheet and kept my deposit we didn’t even use that day and they showed pictures of a bed that I had stains on it and we had to strip the sheets on both beds so it could not have been that bad and they kept my deposit anyway that’s the second time this is happening. This is a very rude and drug inhabited place. I would never stay here again. No matter what the room rate was even for free. I took pictures of the so-called soiled sheets, so to speak staff at the check-in counter that was keeping my money would not even take a look at them, but yet he wanted to show me pictures of the sheets on his phone, he stayed in the office the whole time and never came out and never went to check. I think they keep your cash deposit, which is not mentioned if you book through a third-party app in order to make up for the cheaper room right that you’ve got. I seem to have multiple customers so far but I won’t see them do it again because I won’t be there. Again extremely rude
It was cheaper and it advertised as having a kitchen. It did not. I pre paid for a week and was olny shocked the following morning to find a sign that advertised half of what i paid for a weekly rate. Im ok with that..... not ok with traffic in and out people and a smell i can't get off my shoes
Checked in from out of town to go to a Game so I wasnt in the room until later that night and when I got back I seen a roach in the bathroom, I tried to let it go. But I fell asleep due to driving and when I woke up randomly I seen another one crawl behind the refrigerator. I also tried to let that situation go but the last straw was when I seen a spider in the shower. I should’ve left immediately when I first seen something, I took pictures of it all and tried to inform him about it but he was resilient to the information about the bugs
