The house is historic and very exclusive, just like the traditional buildings in the 'Zuiderzeemuseum' in Enkhuizen, and the 'Zaanse Schans'.
The wooden construction in the various rooms creates a cosy atmosphere.
The old wooden beams, which date back to the year 1500, are visible throughout the house. Nevertheless, it is a comfortable, modern, luxurious holiday home, with a warm design, for 4 people and enough space for your privacy.
The house is very pleasant, spacious and contemporary, with underfloor heating and all the comforts for a wonderful holiday all year round.
You rent the lower floor of the house (130m2). The upper floor (110m2) is unoccupied and private. You alone can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.

The private car park offers space for 2 cars. The garden with terrace, borders the ditch where you can fish. Also here there is enough space for reading, playing games, or sunbathing with a cooling drink. In the garden (200m2) is a historic water cellar, dating from 1750, and the immediate area is ideal for cycling, walking and water sports
Only a few metres away is the Markermeer. There are several smaller beaches in the neighbourhood.
In a holiday park next door the small children can have fun and swim.
For older children there is an outdoor pool in the Markermeer.
