I am renting my 30 m² mobile home with a 25 m² southwest-facing terrace in Saint Lormel, 22130, located on a family-friendly campground on a 200 m² lot with private parking. 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (140x190), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and closet; 1 with 2 bunk beds (the top bunk has a safety rail for children ages 5–10). Mattress protectors and pillows are PROVIDED. Bath towels, bed linens, and duvets NOT PROVIDED. Living room equipped with a corner sofa bed, TV, and radio. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet. Located in a secure and quiet campground (access via key card) in a wooded, natural setting near several hiking trails, including the GR 34 along the Arguenon River, which will lead you to the beaches. All shops, a supermarket, and a laundromat are located in Plancoët, 3 km away. Just 10 minutes from the large, fine-sand beaches of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer. Dinan (medieval town), Dinard, Cap Fréhel, and Fort Lalatte are 20 minutes away. Saint-Malo (the pirate town) and Erquy are 30 minutes away. Close to the Channel Islands, accessible from Saint-Malo. Rennes (the capital of Brittany) and Mont-Saint-Michel are about 1 hour away. Playground, multi-sport court. Free access to football and tennis courts. RENTAL AVAILABLE ONLY FOR FULL WEEKS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Pets are not allowed.
