Independent house located under the Orsini Park, has a garden where you can leave your car, reaching the center with a 10-minute walk. Location suitable for a peaceful stay, away from city noise. Its elevated position allows excellent brightness at all hours of the day and a unique overview of the profile of the village. At sunset, an exclusive show to be observed from the balcony of the house, tasting an excellent local wine or a hot herbal tea.
The apartment consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, a lounge furnished in the 70s style with a three-seater sofa bed and an armchair, where you can relax watching TV or reading a good book, a bathroom with a tub equipped with a rod for the curtain, for a practical shower, a spacious room with an extra large double bed (170cm X 200cm), to which you can add a single bed or with bars for children, a smaller room with a regular double bed (160cm X 190cm) , with access to the balcony; finally, a garden below which has a strawberry grape pergola with a marble table where you can have meals, enjoying the view.
The house and the outdoor area are completely available to guests. Although the apartment can comfortably accommodate four people in two double bedrooms, we prefer to rent the entire space for a single booking, regardless of the number of guests.
We usually welcome our guests in person. We have been working with the public for years, we like to meet new people and exchange a few more words in addition to the usual instructions or suggestions for a good stay. We always remain at your disposal, both as regards advice on what to do in the area, and for inconveniences that could arise, for which our customers can contact us at any time of day or night.
We would like to specify that the price for two people means the use of a single room; We ask you, therefore, if the booking was for two but you had the intention of staying in two separate rooms, to communicate it and to keep in mind that there will be a small integration, payable on arrival.
We are happy to welcome your pets too, but we invite you to make them present at the time of booking request; the cleaning fee will vary according to the size of the animal.
From March 1 to the first Sunday of November, according to the municipal directive of 2019, the tourist tax will be applied. The cost is € 1 per person per day up to a maximum of four consecutive days. For exemptions you can consult the rules in the structure, or contact the host.
