Casa Sol - Finca Toltec Resort

Casa Sol or Sun is the two bedroom, two-bathroom home with the private pool. It offers a huge balcony with incredible views of the treetops, ocean and mountains. This spectacular home gives you a quaint open concept feeling with a nice sized kitchen that offers rustic concrete counters, open shelves and is extremely well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals if you choose to dine in. There is a communal bbq, located beyond the showers and a beautiful terrace where you can have your morning coffee or breakfast. Or better still, you can swing in the hammock on the wooden deck overlooking the jungle, and mountains. There are many different species of birds that come to perch on nearby trees. Little green parrots love to come and say hi. Or the mono, or monkey, will also come at their will and howl, as they are called Howler Monkeys. They are shy, timid and harmless but a pleasure to watch.
This house is perfect for 2-4 people, although with a futon sofa can accommodate 2 young children or 1 adult. But maximum is 5. A word of caution is that this property is not child friendly and it is advised for children 10 and over as there are areas of danger for younger children. Also this house has a TV for your use and a keyless door lock on the main back door. What`s more is an ADT security system with a key fob and a keypad.
With 2 outdoor showers made from old surfboards that once belonged to the owners` children, you can rinse off the day`s sand and grime before jumping into the pool. We ask that everyone please rinse off esp. suntan lotions and oils as it is a small pool and those substances hinder the performance of the filter. The shower closer to the house with pool is for the exclusive use of that house, so is the pool.
This is a unique, tranquil and off-the-beaten track property, which is located away from all the busy tourist areas, yet close enough that a short car ride away brings you to local restaurants, shops and beaches
