Apartment occupying the entire top floor of an architect's house, 139m². You will enter this magnificent accommodation through a closed loggia, then an entrance serving:
a first part comprising:
- a large living room SEA VIEW of 60m² with fully equipped American kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), central fireplace, TV, convertible sofa. 30m² SEA VIEW terrace (accessible from the living room and bedrooms) with its outdoor lounge.
- 2 beautiful double rooms SEA VIEW (160x200 beds)
- 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer)
- 1 dressing room
- 1 WC
A second part:
- 1 living room with American kitchen equipped with: oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster

We had a wonderful experience for our first time at the coast of Brittany. The apartment was spacious enough for the 5 of us. The views are just magnificent. When the tide is low, you can just walk to the island in front. The walks in the surrounding area's (vallée des Traouiero, Trégastel beaches, Trébeurden beaches and peninsula's,...) are just stunning. We didn't expect the natural landscape there to be this rough and untouched, it was beautiful. The Super-U in Trégastel is your best bet to get all your groceries. The hosts were always reachable and helpful. We had a very good stay and are already dreaming of coming back. You might see us again next year :-)

La location idéal pour des vacances sur la côte de granit rose en famille ou entre amis.

Vaste logement idéal pour les 8 personnes que nous étions, comprenant un espace indépendant pour les deux plus grand de nos petits enfants (9,12,13,14,17 et 20 ans) équipement parfait pour une famille qui aime cuisiner, vue exceptionnelle et terrasse spacieuse. Les photos présentées dans l'annonce sont plus que fidèles à la réalité. Merci à nos hôtes (Coralie et Romain) pour cette liberté qu'il nous ont proposé et l'accompagnement dès que besoin.

Une pépite sur la côte de granit rose

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet appartement très agréable. Lumineux, bien équipé et bénéficiant d'une vue mer extraordinaire, il s'est avéré très confortable (d'autant que nous n'étions que 4 personnes).

Séjour sur la côte de granit rose

La côte de granit à proximité de la location est époustouflante de beauté avec ses chaos d'immenses rochers roses .L'appartement correspond bien aux descriptions données par les propriétaires,avec une jolie vue depuis la grande terrasse sur la mer et ses marées, et de belles couleurs quand le soleil se couche.Tout le monde était ravi.Hélène L.

Superbe appartement avec vue splendide

Appartement au top ! Parfaitement équipé avec une très bonne literie. Et bien sûr le must la vue sur la baie grandiose. N avons malheureusement pas eu une super meteo, l appartement qui est très lumineux nous a permis de mieux supporter la grisaille. Je recommande sans problème.

Sehr komfortables Haus in fantastischer Lage

Neue, gut zehn Jahre alte Ferienwohnung als oberste Etage eines Hauses am Hang. Sehr hell, riesige Terrasse, ebensolches Wohnzimmer mit modernem Kamin, wunderbare Aussicht auf Ile Grande und Ile Aval und das Kommen und Gehen des Wassers. Von den vielen Ferienhäusern und -wohnungen, die ich kennengelernt haben, dürfte diese (beispielsweise bei den Küchenutensilien) eine der am besten ausgestatteten gewesen sein. Geräumige Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Betten, gutes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung hat im vorderen Teil einen "Studio"-Abschnitt, der völlig autark funktionieren kann. Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es dann doch, auch wenn das Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau ist: Bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse hätte mehr an Gewürzen, Müllbeuteln, Toilettenpapier vorrätig sein dürfen. Aber wie gesagt: Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt unbedingt zu empfehlen, nicht zuletzt wegen des freundlichen und zuverlässigen Kontakts mit den Vermietern.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région et cet appartement aménagé avec goût. Beeindruckender Panoramablick

Nach freundlichem Empfang durch die Eigentümerfamilie fanden wir eine saubere geräumige Ferienwohnung vor. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, der Blick auf die Ile Grand und die Ile d`Aval sind bei jedem Wetter fantastisch. Besonders bequem fanden wir die Matratzen in den Betten, wenn auch (uns) die Bettdecken für den Sommer etwas zu warm waren. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gut gelegenen Wohnung und hoffen auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt, vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr.

En cette période complexe, nous souhaitions profiter du grand air en famille, et sommes tous enchantés de notre séjour à Penvern. La vue est magnifique, les prestations proposées sont de qualité (literie, équipements, cheminée...), et l'accueil de Coralie et Romain très sympathique.
