- Penthouse Pacheco is one of Chancay's most unique vacation rentals! This 3BR/5BA penthouse sleeps up to 9 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a private rooftop terrace with stunning views of Chancay, the Pacific Ocean, and Port of Chancay. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and castle.
IMPORTANT: 4th-floor walk-up (no elevator). Two guest suites are located on the rooftop terrace and accessed only by exterior stairs (not on main penthouse level).
Layout: The main penthouse on the 4th floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and two full bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the other with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. There is also a fold-out sofa on the main penthouse level. In addition, there are two separate private guest suites, each with its own bathroom, located on the rooftop terrace level (5th floor) and are accessed only by exterior stairs. They are not connected to the interior of the main penthouse apartment and are accessed from the 5th floor rooftop terrace.
