"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were overall friendly with few exceptions. The restaurant on site was not very tasty. The staff were friendly but the drink I ordered with dinner was never delivered and the hamburger was gristly and tough. The breakfast which was included was tasty. There were many dishes which were served but did not alter the dishes daily. The property was clean and well maintained. Groundskeepers were present daily maintaining the property. The room was spacious and comfortable. As a special touch, the staff sprinkled fresh flower blooms in the bedroom and main bathroom to make it feel warm and welcoming. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and plan to book with this hotel in the future."

"Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. The colleague brought my bags to the room but first was treating me as if I was a friend he knew, not a paying guests. Bantering in front of me saying the woman at the front desk should carry the bags since “she has big arms”. I kind of stood there wondering what was going on, obviously tired from my journey, watching them flirt or whatever they were doing, before he finally left with my bags. The lady gave a brief tour of room etc and had a good night as lovely views which I cannot fault. Next morning breakfast took a while to arrive and 2 hosts. One incredibly sullen and moody and the other (I think called Rina) was really lovely and personable. Even showing her pictures of the wedding I attended and having a chat. Went back to room and waited for it to be cleaned. Finally messaged around 2pm to ask when rooms will be cleaned. Was told cleaners have left. I sent an image of their hotel information guide where it states “roomed are cleaned daily”. No response. But got a nice passive aggressive response in reply later. Lovely room and view. Not very friendly staff"

"The bed was very uncomfortable. The plumbing was terrible. The shower had mold in it. For some reason, the toilet was sitting extremely high. The pool area needs to be redone. The customer service was great though. The air conditioner worked very well. Surrounding area is very beautiful. It’s very quiet and peaceful with extremely easy access to a beach. Be sure to bring your own food because there is no food on the premises. There are also no drinks. They do have a large kitchen available though. this place is perfect for extremely short stays."

"This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. They collect every room’s linen and then go all the way down to then come all the way back up. The good thing is that there are some taxi drivers that take visitors all the way up to their building. But that’s not every time. Other than that everything else was great, especially for the price. They also help provide a taxi service to and from the airport."

"Thank you, Rick! Our group of eight had a wonderful time at the villa. The location is excellent — you can reach plenty of areas on the island's southern tip in under 20 minutes. Aquanauts Dive Shop was a quick ride, St. George's University Club was walkable for a great meal, and Ram's Supermarket made grocery runs easy. Rick also coordinated a van rental through B Parkey's Car Rental — having transportation is essential, so we recommend renting a car or hiring a driver.The villa was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. We made breakfasts there, had lunches mostly at the Container Park, and explored several spots for dinner. All rooms offered privacy with en-suite bathrooms. Favorite spots were the main-floor lanai and the breezy covered roof area over the southernmost bedroom. The pools were clean and inviting, with plenty of sun and shade options.A few notes for improvement: the water pump needs attention — pressure cut out briefly during nearly every shower. A couple of drains had occasional odors. The beds were universally rated too firm; 2-inch memory foam pads would help. The AC in the lower-level southernmost bedroom struggled to keep up. WiFi was average for the islands. Wear footwear on the lower-level rocks — bare feet won't enjoy them.Overall, great views and great breezes. We'd recommend it!"
