Such a special place to call home base on our family trip to Grenada. The family and staff were so kind and welcoming. They took every opportunity to make our stay more special and memorable. The property is beautiful. The Villa was very nice with everything you need for a luxury family vacation. The service was outstanding. I truly enjoyed every interaction with the stuff. Attentive organized, available 24/7. I've stayed in some very luxury places before and I can say without hesitation this is by far the best service I've had in Years. Big Thank You to the owners and staff.

The property is beautiful and very spacious. Their staff is great and they offer dining on site. On the other hand, if you have problems with stairs do not book this property. There are numerous stairs getting to the individual villas. Another drawback is the road leading to the resort is in very poor condition.

The property was pretty far from anything. You needed to take a taxi $40 one way to get dinner. They did not have a restaurant but brought the food to your room and it was usually lukewarm by the time it arrived. They did not seem to know how to make certain things on their menu. Mayo on a quesadilla? They frequently got the order wrong even though we communicated in writing by WhatsApp. The road ended about 1/4 mile from the entrance of the resort with a steep downhill path full of potholes necessary to traverse to get to their parking lot. The villas were nice. The reception area was a desk in a small room that was not open on before 8:00am after 6:00pm or on Tuesdays. Tough luck if you needed something outside those hours. The staff was nice and friendly.

Dirty does not look anything like picture old dilapidated this is a real review this place is old 1920 look foul stench I would never recommend this place. You been warned

From the moment of arrival, to our final goodbyes. 473 Resort Villa, was such a phonmenal place to be at peace. This lovely villa is breath taking. Waking up to such a beautiful view each morning on the water. The villa was super clean! Spacious! Just perfect! Ms. Andrea was a sweetheart with assisting with all that was needed to accommodate our stay. We will be returning for sure! Also, the communication was A+ service! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

If you’re looking for the perfect stay while in Grenada, 473 villas is it! Aesthetically pleasing, floor to ceiling views, the absolute perfect place for photos. The villa was so clean! No musty smells, perfectly coordinated decor within. Andrea was so attentive as well as the rest of the staff. Literally anything you need, they’re of assistance. The owner Mark was also extremely helpful. We dined on the gazebo poolside (breakfast and dinner) and it was so fresh and beautifully presented. The grounds are so well kept. Damian, was also so very helpful to us! So friendly, kind and again attentive!!! Don’t miss out, Grenada is a hidden gem!! I will be back this year and the only place I’ll stay is 473. If you’re using the taxis ask for Syisha. So informative I learned so much about the island from him! Beautiful property for honeymoons and special occasions. I can’t say enough!! This property delivers everything you need plus immaculate views. Thank you 473!!!

Super private, beautiful grounds and gardens, meticulously maintained, fantastic view from the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The villa was classy, and very well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Close enough to town to get many options for delivery if you don’t feel like going out or cooking. The only down was weeds in the ocean off the small beach. I mainly swam in the pool.However Grand Anse Beach was only 15 minutes away, and we went there. The management arranged a driver for us , and that meant private tours for the entire island, dinner suggestions we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, and pointing out interesting things along the way. I went with my mom who is 86, and my daughter who is 26, everyone in our party loved it. Everyone was extremely good with my mom, and helped with luggage and her walker. We were oceanfront two bedroom, but a garden view villa would work great for seniors who can’t do steps. I also collected some nice shells beachwalking at the villa. The only suggestion for improvement would be screen doors on the sliders opening onto the ocean. We did get some mosquitoes in the evening, and fans in the living room and dining room ceilings would also be a positive addition. The bedrooms had excellent A/C. There was always a good breeze from the ocean flowing through.

The property is located in a quiet and very lush area. It’s 25 minutes away from everything! We had Andrea, our amazing concierge help us with everything we needed. Perfect experience for our first time in Grenada!

Nice villa, great pool although a bit too cool. Views were great and quiet location to relax. Needs more food options as there are no restaurants within walking distance. A light breakfast/snack and drink bar would be good.

The location is remote but there is excellent sights to be seen if you like exploring. Andrea is the concierge and manager and is very dedicated to making sure you have the best stay imaginable. She is such an asset to this very special boutique resort. Rather you want to relax and enjoy yourself or get out and explore, this is a place that will impress anyone.

THE PROPERTY WAS SERINE, SPA LIKE, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS SURROUNDINGS. INFINITY POOL, SECLUDED BEACH, LUSH GARDENS AND THE SOUND OF A WATERFALL AS YOU ENTERED OR LEFT THE PROPERTY.
