"Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. Bar staff on Saturday evening were more busy "tidying" an hour before closure than looking after the clients present etc. - small things but they affect the overall customer experience in a 4...
