"During my stay on 2 different occasions hotel staff entered my room unannounced the first around 5pm and the second in the morning around 8am. I have no problem with cleaning or maintenance staff checking on the room but knock first."

"The Google maps location for your hotel was/is incorrect. We arrived & walked the wrong way in the dark (as directed by Google maps). We phoned numerous times to ask for help but no one answered. This was all very stressful. In the room there were no power sockets near the bed which was unhelpful. The tv had very few channels. Snack prices were outrageous! Staff told us to just wait outside for the airport shuttle but really we needed to be in a specific place - a little sign would help! The staff were very kind about a medical request & we really appreciated that. Thank you. "
