The gîte features a bright living space with a lounge area and equipped kitchen, a handy utility room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a bathroom with WC, and a private enclosed courtyard to enjoy sunny days. Street parking is available, and you’ll have independent access via the path in front of the owners’ house.
Nearby, La Rochelle is just a 40-minute drive away—ideal for a day exploring its historic sites, old port, and gastronomy. The region offers plenty: walking or cycling, visits to picturesque Charentais villages, discovering Atlantic beaches, and tasting local products at regional markets. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking trails and the unspoiled landscapes of Charente-Maritime.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented from your host for an extra fee. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility; please leave the place tidy on departure.
