Holiday Home 'Maison Au 19' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Relax in this spacious house surrounded by a beautiful garden, perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends. Accommodating up to 17 guests, the property features three independent units that can be connected as needed. Each space is thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort, offering multiple bedrooms, modern bathrooms, cozy living areas, and fully equipped kitchens.



Enjoy convivial moments in the large dining area, which seats up to 20 guests. A bright veranda, shared with other occupants, provides a lounge and a fitness area equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, and rowing machine, accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM. The garden is a peaceful haven with outdoor seating, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and games for children.



To make your stay even more comfortable, the first breakfast is provided, along with coffee, tea, linens, and towels. Smaller groups can rent only part of the house, while a fourth unit is available to accommodate two additional guests if needed.



Ideally located on the Camino de Santiago, the house is close to many points of interest. The bus stop, nursing school, and CREPS are just steps away, while the marshlands and IUT are a five-minute drive. The city center is only ten minutes away.
