Le Chalet d'Eliane - Montrigon - Arc 1600

Warm house in the heart of the authentic village of Montrigon (1025 m above sea level) above Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
The village is served by the funicular linking Bourg-Saint-Maurice (SNCF station and bus station) to the resort of Les Arcs 1600, allowing quick and convenient access to the Paradiski ski area.
The house has several advantages: the funicular stop is a 2-minute walk away, 2 private parking spaces a few metres from the house, and the tranquility of the village.

Our 100 m2 house is distributed over 3 floors and can accommodate 6 to 7 people:

- On the ground floor you will find an entrance, 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The first bedroom has 2 beds: 1 single bed (90x200) and 1 bunk bed (2 mattresses of 90x190).
The second bedroom has a large double bed ( 180x200).

- On the 1st floor is the living room with the kitchen open to the living/dining room. From the kitchen you can access the sheltered balcony/terrace.

- On the 2nd floor there is another living room (pleasant relaxation area ideal for reading or watching TV), the 3rd bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
The bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined into a double bed.

The house also has a ski/bike room accessible from the outside.

This house is a completely rebuilt family home. The exterior work will not be completely finished this year, and there are still some interior finishes left. As a result, the price is voluntarily adapted.
But our house is fully habitable and we will be delighted to welcome you!

End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
Linen is provided (sheets, tea towels and towels) - Beds are made on arrival.
