It features a beautiful living area. The large kitchen opens onto a comfortable living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and access to a large terrace.

The spacious and very modern kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, a conventional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of which has a TV. A shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: a master suite with access to an 8m² terrace, furnished with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with a double bed. There is also a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds.
