"Thank you very much to the reception team for helping us with our delayed baggage and hire car issues. Apartments are in a great spot, v well located. "

"The pool and Jacuzzi were only lukewarm which spoilt the experience. Breakfast only served until 10am but items were running out before then and not being replenished. No croissants, Crepes and bacon at 9.45 and the coffee machines not replenished. Some rooms on the resort side experience loud noise when the snow ploughs/conditioners pass during the night. overall an excellent 5* hotel though next to the free gondolas to 1950. "
