Great location next to ski lift.
We had a great stay. The property host was helpful and cooperative with our needs and very quick with communications. The property was more than adequate for four friends with plenty of space for two other friends or 4 other people if two couples were sharing beds. Very clean and well equipped. The best thing was the location. Close to indoor carpark and less than a minute walk to nearest chairlift which takes you a good way up slopes for a first run or access to further lifts and access to pretty much anywhere. The apartment is a short run back from the party at la folie douce which is handy if you stop there for some apres ski food and drink on your way back. Highly recommend this property as it’s excellent value for a spacious apartment in a great location.

Would Recommend
We were a group of 5 friends, arriving at the end of January 2024. The apartment is basic but very clean. It is ideally suited to 4 persons, 5 at a squeeze. The location is excellent and can’t be faulted. Our only criticism would be the checkin time. We felt 5pm was a little late. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend.

Great location
This apartment is perfectly located, being at the bottom of the Charmettoger ski lift and piste. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk from the centre of 1800 and its bars, restaurants and shops. Great pizza place and small deli/shop just underneath the apartment, as well as two ski hire shops. Sharon was very helpful and communicative in the run up and during our holiday. Would highly recommend!

Prima familie woning naast skilift.
Appartement is prima geschikt voor 6 volwassenen tijdens wintersport. Gelegen naast stoeltjeslift, sluit aan op skigebied les Arc en la Plagne. Naast het appartement is een kleine supermarkt met heerlijk vers brood. Onder het appartement is een ski verhuur. Appartement is ruim voldoende ingericht. Keuken heeft keurig servies en kookgerei. Er is een vaatwasser, oven en magnetron. Badkamer is klein maar keurig. Douche geeft ook voor 6 personen ruim voldoende warm water. Kortom wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad in les Arc.

A fabulous, well-placed apartment
We stayed in Sharon’s apartment for one week during February half term. The chairlift, literally right outside the apartment exit, was a lifesaver during this extremely busy week. The photos don’t really convey just how close the lift is! Fantastic with a six year old - in fact, fantastic for everyone. The apartment is extremely well-equipped and the table easily seated eight of us. The beds were comfy with lovely pillows and duvets and individual reading lights above each bed - an extremely useful and much appreciated detail. This is an very, very well thought out apartment which maximises a smallish space. Fantastic value for money - thank you from all of us for a wonderful week.

A well appointed, perfectly placed apartment, right next to a chairlift, opposite an undercover car park and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

Great location ,a stones throw to the lift never more than one person in front of you.The apartment has everything you might need .Its a short walk to the shops and ski hire another 10 mins and there are even more supermarket /shop/bars/restaurants/lift pass office .A great holiday we hope to return next year

Lovely appartment, great location, really helpful and freindly host
Sharon's appartment is a good size and only 3 doors down from the door to our favourite ski lift making it so convenient for getting out onto the snow and also allowing lunch back in the appartment when the weather isn't so great. Sharon was really helpful, with all her pre information, making getting to Arc 1800 and buying the best ski passes so easy, then being on hand if we had any problems. We love Arc 1800, with all it's great resteraunts and fantastic pistes, we'll definitely be back again next year.

Fab apartment with ski in and ski out facility 20 feet from your door!
Stayed here with our family of five for a week. Fantastic experience, the apartment has everything you need inside, and couldn’t be any closer to the slopes. Right next to chair lift and possible to ski back at the end of the day. 2 minutes walk to town centre with ski hire shops and great little supermarket downstairs serving fresh breads, rotisserie chickens and pizza. What made it even easier was the owner, Sharons great communication throughout and flexibility when we were delayed by hours on the inward journey. She also gave us great tips and advice for our stay in the resort. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again.

The property is ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay!
We had a great time in Les Arcs. Sharon was very welcoming on arrival and was on hand if ever we needed her. The property is located within walking distance of Villards which has most of the bars/restaurants in Arcs 1800. The fact we could reach the first lift of the day within about 10 yards of the front door was awesome! The property has everything we needed for and was more roomy than we expected with 6 people in it. Would definitely stay here again!

Well equipped flat, with clean and comfy beddings
Nice flat, well catered for 6 (maybe 8) with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The table once extended will sit 6 or 8 people, but no space left around it. As suggested, a plus would be to have some board games. We also enjoyed the raclette set.

Great place
We enjoyed our time at Sharon's place very much. She was a great host and the apartment was very well equipped and located, the entrance to the floor of the flat literally a few paces from the chairlift. Sleeping arrangements were good for the five of us, including three teenagers, but I wouldn't have wanted more than that number. Thanks Sharon

Amazing location and perfect apartment
We absolutely loved our week here, Sharon was a fantastic host and met us at the apartment upon arrival. When we arrived we were amazed by how the chair lift is literally on the doorstep. We dumped our bags and went skiing for the afternoon, it was just perfect. Despite a day or two of bad weather and no skiing, we managed to spend some time in the apartment and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us to chill out. The apartment is not far from the central area and a short walk down the hill to the shops and restaurants. We ate dinner in a few nights and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. The table in the living room was also big enough for us all to sit round and socialise. I don't think we could have found somewhere with a better location for our needs. Thanks for having us!

Un séjour correct mais gros manquements dans la propreté
Le logement est parfaitement situé, mais de nombreuses déconvenues lors de notre arrivée : - plat laissé à l'abandon dans la cuisine empestant toute la cuisine; - Lit du bas cassé ; - Vaisselle sale ; - Traces de moisissure dans la salle de bains ; - Matelas du lit du haut très abimé/déformé. Le reste du logement était pratique et en bon état, c'est vraiment dommage que ces détails aient un peu gâché l'arrivée et une partie du séjour !

Merci pour votre avis post-séjour effectué 5 jours après avoir quitté l'appartement. Cet avis ne reflète pas la performance globale de cet appartement. Sur 55 séjours effectués à ce jour, il y en a eu 31 en 5* et 8 en 4*. Je suis vraiment désolé que vous ne m'ayez pas contacté pendant votre séjour. Une notification rapide à moi, le propriétaire, de tout problème rencontré, tel que des dommages ou des réparations nécessaires, m'aurait permis d'y remédier immédiatement, pendant votre séjour, vous permettant ainsi de continuer à profiter de votre ski.

Ski aux pieds et les magasins de première nécessité ( boulangerie, location matériel et épicerie - resto-pizza- poulets rôtis) 👍🏻👍🏻 Nous avons par ailleurs eu la chance d’avoir une semaine ensoleillée 😎 C’était parfait. NB: les lits superposés sont plus adaptés à des enfants qu’à des adultes. Procédure d’arrivée très arrangeante ! Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 au lieu de 17h00 ( embouteillages 😩). Merci Sharon 😋 Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Nous recommandons sincèrement cet appartement, petit ( pour 8 ) mais très bien agencé et entretenu. Bien équipé, eau bien chaude, bonne literie. Très bel emplacement, lumineux, au pied du télésiège, et très jolie vue. Propriétaire parfaite : agréable et efficace.

Parfait, cependant le système de clef avec badge pour prendre l’ascenseur et entre/sortir de la résidence est assez contraignant au quotidien surtout si on est plusieurs, car on ne dispose pas d’un badge par personne. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Vraiment un super séjour La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Merci Brice

Merci à vous. Les badges sont une exigence de sécurité pour éviter que les couloirs ne deviennent le principal accès au ski pour les non-résidents, car le bâtiment est le plus proche du télésiège.

Aucune remarque sur l'appartement ; très bonne disponibilité du loueur. Il faut juste noter, pour ce qui concerne les enfants, la nécessité de prendre un bus (gratuit) pour se rendre à l'école de ski.

Prima verblijf
De woning ligt letterlijk aan de piste (3 voordeuren verder). Onthaal van de gastvrouw was zeer hartelijk met een persoonlijke toer langs de voor ons belangrijke zaken (parkeer garage, skipas verkoop en supermarkt). De woning is praktisch ingericht en alles is er ruim voorrradig.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sharon qui a eu à coeur de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la résidence et de nous présenter la station. Sharon a été très disponible avant pendant et après le séjour pour répondre à nos questions. L'appartement est dans le standard de ce que l'on peut trouver en station de ski. Bien agencé pour 4 à 5 personnes. Il est très bien situé : les pistes sont accessibles en remontant le couloir de la résidence.

appartement super bien situé, aux pieds des pistes, nous étions 7, l'appartement est très bien agencé, aucun problème d'eau chaude même avec 7 douches par jour. Seul bémol le lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas ..

Oui, c'est un super endroit pour skier. Merci pour vos conseils concernant le lave-vaisselle qui, après vérification, fonctionne bien. Il fallait juste que le distributeur de savon soit effacé.

Très bien et surtout très proche du départ du télésiège.
Nous sommes venu skier pour une semaine à 3 personnes. L'appartement est en duplex. Convient bien pour 6-7 personnes selon les standards habituels en station. Parfait pour 3 ou 4. Idealément placé pour partir skier et rentrer, on ne peut effectivement pas être plus près du départ du télésiège : Quelques mètres seulement entre la porte de l'appartement et le portique de la remontée. Seul bemol, qui était en effet bien indiqué par la proprietaire à la fin de son mail de bienvenue, mais que j'ai découvert sur place : le stationnement payant obligatoire dans toute la station des arcs 1800, soit environ 70-80 euros à rajouter pour la semaine au coût du forfait si vous montez en voiture.

Merci pour vos commentaires pertinents. Oui en effet, l'emplacement est parfait pour l'accès au ski. Malheureusement, le parking est un coût supplémentaire, mais nous avons l'avantage d'une station principalement piétonne.
