Cellar on the 1st floor. Private covered parking space 100 meters from the gîte. Comfortable cottage in the center of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Living room with very beautiful volumes, spacious and bright opening onto a 20 m² balcony-terrace with a beautiful south-facing exposure. Modern and cocooning interior. Shops and services near the gîte. Gite benefiting from a beautiful location in the very center of Bourg Saint Maurice. In winter, funicular to access Les Arcs station 1 km away. Many other resorts in the surrounding area: La Rosière (connection with Italy) at 19 km, Tignes and Val d'Isère at 30 km. In summer, Bourg Saint Maurice cycle path around the gîte. Major road passes nearby: Col de l'Iseran 47 km, Col du Petit-Saint Bernard to pass into Italy 27 km, Cormet du Roseland 19 km.
