New year stay
Very nice property, we were a party of 6 , 4 adults and 2 children plenty of room for all.The pictures don’t do the lounge area justice, it is bigger than we expected with great views from the balcony.The kitchen area has a good selection of crockery and pans if you intend cooking. 3 great bathrooms but we didn’t realise there was only 1 toilet although we managed quite well. Overall a great property tucked away at the bottom of the button lift. This was a 7th time in Les Arc and as always a great time was had by all.

Lovely property in excellent location
We booked last minute for a ski holiday and weren't disappointed. This is a very nice property, well equipped and spacious. It's definitely on the "let's go back there" list.

Easter Ski Break
Great week, lovely apartment. Close to the central 2000 ski area. One small button lift about 50mtr away from apartment to access 2000 area. Good communication with rental rep and easy access to apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed for a family week skiing. Nice pool and spa Area, wasn't busy at all considering it was Easter school holiday week.

A beautiful apartment with great views
We had a stunning holiday at this lovely apartment. You don’t want for anything. It’s perfect, great storage , plenty of equipment, very comfortable beds. Access to the slopes is very easy, as is the local shop and bars! Very quiet location. The bread deliveries are easy to arrange, Audrey, who manages the property is very welcoming and happy to help. Can certainly recommend this property and all correspondence between The owner and us was very good and relaxed. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Totally Stunning with views to die for!
From the moment we walked into the apartment we knew that we had made the right choice. Bertrand’s communication is impeccable, the whole booking process and arrival arrangements were first class. The location of the apartment is perfect and you really can ski in and out. The views from the balcony are stunning and along with the very high standard of the entire apartment our weeks stay was truly memorable. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and we will be booking again for next year!

Fantastic place - home from home
The apartment is well situated with a button lift right outside for easy access to the slopes. The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well laid out for 6/7 people. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more - so much better than your usual ski kitchen. The rest of the apartment is perfect, and the description does not do it justice. There are 2 ensuite showers and a main bathroom with overhead shower plus 2 separate toilets. There is lots to do in the evenings but it was a pleasure to stay in the apartment and relax after a day on slopes. Would definitely recommend this place and we would love to come back some day.

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable en famille dans ce bel appartement très confortable. L'accès au domaine skiable est très facile et l'ascenseur pour monter à la place olympique est bien appréciable pour la septuagenaire que je suis. L'accueil par Audrey charmant.

Magnifique chalet , terrasse incroyable ensoleillée toute la journée avec une vue sur les pistes . 3 salles de bain et 3 chambres donc l’idéal pour 6 à 7 personnes ! Endroit au calme proche des commerces . Audrey et le propriétaire sont charmants et réactifs . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

L’appartement a été top, il y’a tous ce qu’il faut, l’emplacement est également top, on est très content par notre séjour. On reviendra avec plaisir! Juste, nous avons pas vérifié avant, mais c’est de notre faute, on a du payé 150 eur pour notre petit chien) mais même lui a été content par le séjour! En tous cas on conseille cet appartement ! Excellent séjour dans un endroit idyllique Appartement moderne refait à neuf pratique et convivial Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains Salon douillet. Nous n’avons pas allumé la télé mais grand écran Appartement lumineux avec grande terrasse et table et chaises pour prendre les repas avec une vue fabuleuse A recommander sans hésitations !

Amazing mountain views with west facing balcony - perfect for late afternoon apres ski and sun. Amazing location - less than 50 metres to the lift. Apartment well furnished and clean. Bertrand and Audrey very helpful. Had an amazing time.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé
L'appartement est 100% conforme à l'annonce, spacieux, joliment décoré et très propre. Les 3 Sdb et 2 WC sont parfaits pour y séjourner à 6 personnes sans se gêner. Une supérette à 100m permet de faire quelques courses rapidement au retour du ski. L'accueil par Audrey fut efficace et rapide, avec un panier de bienvenue et un book donnant toutes les indications nécessaires sur la station. Bref, une très bonne adresse, nous espérons y revenir !

Tout est présent dans ce superbe appartement n° 5, lits faits à l'arrivée, d'une propreté exemplaire, au pied des piste, petit présent de bienvenue, terrasse plein sud et plein d'autres choses. Et que que dire de Mme RINEAU, serviable et toujours à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse remarquable. L'accueil au CHALET DES NEIGES est exemplaire et agréable. Merci encore P. BLANCHARD

L’appartement est impeccable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable avec ses 3 salles de bain et ses 2 toilettes. La vue plein ouest est dégagée. On admire les pistes et pics. Bien situé, on accède aux pistes à 50 m. L’accès au spa et à la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Enfin, l’accueil est très attentionné avec le petit panier de bienvenue composé de produits locaux. Un superbe appartement dans une super station pour un séjour inoubliable.

Wonderful Chalet, Great Views, Good Location
We stayed here for I week in March 2017, 3 adults and 3 children. The apartment was great, everything you could want and need from a ski chalet. The view from the balcony is really special, there was plenty of space with a lovely open living. Would certainly recommend this as a holiday venue for your ski holiday in Les Arc 2000.

Comme chaque année, nous venons déjà pour la quatrième fois, c´était parfait. l´Appartement sent comme chez nous et le confort est plus que correct. La vue d´appartement avec le balcon autour est fantastique et on a toute la journée de soleil (quand il est lá). Les chambres sont trés agreable et beaux.

Easy to locate. The welcoming pack was appreciated. The apartment was very clean.The beds were comfortable. The linen was good. In almost all respects the apartment was well equipped. The garage and ski room were convenient. The views were unobstructed across the valley. The nearest lift about 50 metres away.Nearest mini supermarket and ski shop 100m . The furniture in the lounge was comfortable. The apartment is suitable for children. To sit on the balcony in the sun was wonderful. iPod dock allowed us to play our music. Unfortunately we could find no TV programmes in english. We felt safe and secure in the apartment. If we go back to Arcs 2000 we would certainly book this apartment again. Top class

Merci beaucoup pour la délicate attention concernant le cadeau de bienvenue ! 2 petits bémols : -dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-linge (certes il n'y a pas la place) - le lit 2 places est top quand on enlève les 2 surmatelas (avec, mal au dos)

Very Good Appartment in a very good Location
we were a group of 5 friends. We had a great time in the Chalet Apt No' 5. the apartment is great and well equipped. Bertrand was very responsive and Audrey the house manager was very nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and very close to the lifts, shops and services. The SPA is couple of chalets away so in cold weather it seems too far. I mark 4 stars only because we didn't receive Internet connection (WiFi or cable) and it was not resolved through the week. The ski locker is small and there is no room for the boots. All together we had a wonderful time and I will definitely recommend the chalet. Thank you Bertrand and Audrey.

Des vacances en famille parfaites!
On reviendra aux Arcs... Un appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire pour notre famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants 5-10 et 12 ans). Décoré avec soins et beaucoup de goût. Wifi très apprécié. Propre et très bien entretenu. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout les matériel nécessaire. Pain et viennoiseries livrés par le chalet des neiges chaque matins. Chambres et salles de bains agréables. Piscine propre. Local à skis chauffé et parking privé souterrain. Nous n'avons plus touché à la voiture durant toute la semaine. A quelques mètres de la première remontée mécanique et à 5 minutes à pieds de la place olympique, ESF, shopping... Vue imprenable sur les montagnes et les pistes de skis. Guide de la station et de l'appartement laissé par le propriétaire très complet. Merci pour les savoureuses spécialités laissées à notre attention à notre arrivée. Un accueil très chaleureux et agréable par Audrey et Léo. (Encore merci de nous avoir attendus si tard le premier soir!) Nous recommandons les "chalets les arcs" sur les piste ou nous avons très bien mangé et avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons l'habitude de changer chaque année de station mais nous pensons sérieusement revenir l'année prochaine tant nous avons passé de très chouettes vacances.

très bel appartement
vraiment un bel appartement spacieux , agréable avec son grand balcon orienté vers les pistes et les arcs 1950 . la décoration intérieure est très sympa , l'appartement est très bien équipé, on ne manque de rien (mention spéciale pour tous les porte manteaux dans les chambres qui permettent de sécher les vêtements de ski !). bref , on se sent vite comme chez soi'. on pense même à garder cette adresse dans un coin si on repart vers les arcs. à conseiller vivement !!
