- Beautifully renovated and spacious studio in a quiet area of Arc 1950 le Village, offering a warm, comfortable stay for up to 3 guests. Enjoy the convenience of true ski-in/ski-out access and relax on the large ground-floor terrace—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The apartment comes with linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers as standard plux Nuxe products in the bathroom. Guests also have access to the lovely indoor swimming pool and leisure facilities of the residence.
Please note check out is by 10am on the day of your departure. This is to ensure our cleaners can prepare the apartment for our next guests.
Failure to check out on time will incur an extra charge of 50% of your nightly rate.
A city/tourism tax per adult per night will be applied.
A pre-authorisation of 700€ for the damage deposit will be held on your card 2 days before check-out and will be released 5 days after check-out should there be no damages to the property or its contents.
