Shops < 5 mins - Ski lift < 7 mins - Ski School < 7 mins Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the Les Chardons residence, in Les Arcs 1800, with 6m² balcony. Residence occupied mainly by owner-occupiers working in the resort. Parties are prohibited. But there is everything you need in the resort. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa (140x190), an armchair and three poufs. Flat screen TV. Internet Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) Bedroom 2 has a 90cm bunk bed (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a 90cm trundle bed (two beds possible) The open kitchen includes: 4 induction hobs, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso. Fondue and raclette/pierrade machine. Bathroom with large shower, washer-dryer, towel radiator, and a toilet. Large closets in all rooms. Non-smoking apartment. A brilliant well equipped apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 5 (kids 12, 10 and 8). A little distance from the slopes but that didn’t matter as you can walk through adjoining buildings using the lifts to make your way to the piste. Ideal if you store skis in a shop near the slopes.
You can also easily get the bus a 5min trip up the road to Villards and the Transarc lift.
The hosts answered all our questions in advance and gave great advice. We will definitely look to book again.
The apartment was exactly as pictured. Modern and with a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable for our family. As recommended we kept our skis at the hire shop and found the walk to the slopes easy with the help of 3 lifts. We parked our mid size car in the garage and made it out and onto the main road ok despite 25cm of snow the prior night! Communication with the host was excellent with good advice offered and an easy check in. One issue was that I tried to dry some towels after swimming in the washer dryer and they were still just as wet an hour later - maybe my mistake. Overall a great value for money apartment that I would thoroughly recommend!
We were staying for a spring ski trip. The apartment is smart, comfortable & well equipped. The walk to shopping centre and skiing is easy, especially if you leave your ski equipment over night in a shop.
La communication a été parfaite avec Céline et Frédéric et la procédure d'arrivée très simple. L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très calme. Seul bémol un parcours un peu long et compliqué jusqu'aux pistes avec tout le matériel et l'absence de vue sur la montagne. Je recommande malgré tout cette location.
La residence les chardons est tres calme .L appartement est parfait ,bien équipé et spacieux .L accès aux pistes se fait facilement via les ascenseurs. Je recommande.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement. Celui ci est très confortable, tout équipé et très bien situé.La procédure d’arrivée est très claire même si l ’accès au logement est un peu complexe. Nos hôtes sont facilement joignables et répondent vite aux questions que nous pouvions avoir. Autre point positif: le parking pour la voiture au sous sol qui facilite grandement l’emménagement et le déménagement.
Cet appartement est idéal pour 5 personnes. Très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il est très calme et l'accès au départ des skis et des commerces est aisé grâce aux différents ascenseurs. Le garage est un vrai plus pour décharger et laisser la voiture une semaine et éviter d'avoir à déneiger. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs dès que nous avons eu besoin. Le seul bémol pourrait être la vue qui ne donne pas vraiment envie mais c'est un détail à côté de tous les avantages de ce logement. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
Belle résidence que nous avons découvert cette année. Nous avions peur que l’appartement se trouve loin du centre des Arcs 1800 mais pas du tout ! En même pas 10mn nous y sommes et l’accès est très facile.
L’appartement est similaire aux photos même si un peu sombre (mais ça permet de le garder au frais l’été). La vue n’est pas dégagée sur la vallée mais donne sur des arbres. Il est très bien équipé et décoré, ce qui permet de ne pas trop se charger dans les baguages.
Le garage est un vrai plus ! Il permet de mettre la voiture à l’abri du soleil/de la neige et de ne pas avoir de difficulté pour stationner.

L'appartement est neuf, bien agencé, fonctionnel et spacieux. La décoration est soignée.
Il est propre d'une manière générale, à l'exception pour nous des alèses des matelas qui mériteraient d'être changées de manière systématique entre les locataires (exemple en fonctionnant avec des alèses jetables).
Nous avons toujours eu un contact positif avec la propriétaire, en cas ce besoin celle-ci fait preuve de réactivité pour satisfaire d'éventuelles demandes.
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location.
L’appartement est très cosy et bien décoré. Confort au top avec un lit double de 160 cm, ce qui est fort appréciable. Volets électriques, beaucoup de rangements, belle et grande chambre pour les enfants avec des jeux et livres à disposition. Cuisine bien équipée, grand frigo et congélateur, four, grandes casseroles, plats et poêle, appareils à fondue et raclette, tout y est !
