Located in the heart of the Les Arcs 2000 ski resort, our elegant ski-in/ski-out chalet is the perfect destination for a luxurious mountain getaway! Escape with friends and family to this top-notch ski destination and discover the fantastic ski area of Les Arcs spread over 5 sites and 5 altitudes. After amazing days on the pistes, enjoy après-ski at one of the nearby bars or restaurants before returning to our welcoming space to relax. Enjoy a glass of wine in the living room or on the terrace while admiring the stunning views of the mountains with Mont Blanc in the background, or soak your muscles in the private wellness area complete with a sauna, jacuzzi, and a small indoor swimming pool with massage jets facing the slopes! This chalet comfortably sleeps 14 guests, but can accommodate an additional child. Please note that an additional child bed is available upon request.

Our chalet of over 400 m², has 7 BEDROOMS, all equipped with a Double bed made up of 2 Single beds pushed together. Among the 7 bedrooms, there is a PRM bedroom of 25 m2, as well as a 60m2 master suite with the option of adding an additional child bed on request. We'll provide you with bed linen!

Get ready for your day in one of the 7 BATHROOMS, which will either have a shower room or a bath + shower. We'll provide you with towels and toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the on-site laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer!

After a day of skiing, store your gear in the on-site ski and boot room before unwinding in our comfortable LIVING AREA with a cathedral ceiling. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the roaring open fire while admiring the incredible views of the mountains with Mont Blanc in the background. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the early evening, step out onto your large terrace and enjoy the fresh air and panoramic mountain views, or soak inside the private indoor swimming pool, sauna, or jacuzzi. You can also find a reading room accessible by a glass walkway suspended above the living room.

In the KITCHEN you'll find hobs, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a toaster, a food processor, a kettle, a beer dispenser, and a wine cellar. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite bean coffee machine. You can enjoy all your meals at the spacious dining table.

If you're travelling by car, parking is available a 7 minute walk away at Lac des Combes for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully-refundable damage deposit of €2000 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person (to be paid at the end of your stay). An end of stay cleaning is provided for free, except for the kitchen area. Guests must clean the kitchen area, including the dishes, equipment, floor and surfaces prior to departure.
