"i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us. "

"The staff member at check in was friendly. The room was basic, with very little soap in the bathroom- both for washing hands and in the shower. The room was very hot, as there were no dans or air conditioning and the window could only be opened a small amount. It was also very noisy in the rooms.
