Lovely, well-situated house

Amazing house with big grounds, pool, hot tub. The property was spotless on arrival and we had a thorough tour from the pleasant owner. Kitchen had everything we needed, communal living area was spacious, big TV. Beds were made up and comfortable. Pool is heated and deep - it stayed warm and crystal clear for the whole week. The small town is a short walk for fresh bread every morning, and there was plenty to do in the area (when we could drag ourselves away from the pool). Excellent all round.

J ai beaucoup apprécié en famille et amie, mais franchement, il manque un parasol...Tres bon accueil et site, a partager; mais gaffe aux moustiques! Tres bonne impression generale car beaucoup de choses à faire et découvrir dans cette region.

Excellent séjour

l'accueil est chaleureux et les explications complètes ! la maison est spacieuse, propre et très calme. Malgré la chaleur, elle conserve bien la fraicheur. La piscine est top ! un petit salon d'extérieur est très agréable, la salle de jeu (billard, baby foot) a été très appréciée !petit village avec superette et restos à 10 min à pied. Une piste cyclable a la sortie de la maison, la mer au bot du chemin ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. je recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Bonnes vacances en famille

Globalement séjour agréable dans une maison tout équipée pour des vacances en famille. Communication avec Sara et sa maman Francine très facile et agréable. A noter que des passages quasi quotidien dans la villa sont effectués par les hôtes pour diverses vérifications durant le séjour. Cela nous a pas dérangé, mais bon à savoir :) Les instructions d’arrivées et de départ sont claires. La liste des choses à faire pour rendre la location est longue, surtout quand on paye 190€ en plus pour le ménage. Mais Sara est très comprehensive malgré tout, c’est appréciable. En résumé, bonne location pour des vacances en famille, tout le monde était ravi du séjour. Peut-etre moins adaptée à un groupe d’amis exemple.

Fantastisch!!

We (4 volwassenen en 4 tieners) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze mooie en ruime villa! Alles was zeer schoon en compleet. De bedden liggen prima en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen ventilator. De communicatie met Sara en haar moeder was zeer prettig! Bij vragen staan zij gelijk klaar. Het zwembad is uitstekend verwarmd, zwemmen kan dus ook bij minder goed weer! De jacuzzi is ook zeer aangenaam en staat overdekt. Elke dag hebben we heerlijk vers brood gehaald bij de bakker! In de omgeving zijn genoeg restaurants te vinden waar je zeer goed kunt eten!! Uitstapjes naar la Rochelle, la Tremblade en Bordeaux zijn een aanrader. Kies voor een P+R in Bordeaux, een dagkaart kost maar €4,50 inclusief de tram voor alle inzittenden!!! Je bent met de tram snel in Bordeaux centrum! Sara en moeder nogmaals dank voor jullie goede zorgen!

Villa Bourcefranc-le-Chapus

Location que je recommande car il ne manque rien. La piscine et le spa sont magiques et la villa on en parle même pas. Quand à Sara et Francine sont des hôtes exceptionnelles et de qualité. Merci encore pour votre accueil et louer cette villa les yeux fermés.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison était très propre,. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les équipements et jeux mis à disposition : jaccuzzi, babyfoot, table de pingpong, badmington, etc... Merci beaucoup à Sara et Francine pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.

Séjour 3 adultes

Belle maison avec un vaste séjour. Très propre, Sara et sa maman sont très accro à la propreté ( et vous le font un peu trop savoir). Elles font tout pour satisfaire leur client. ( merci pour les petites attentions reçues à notre arrivée) . Les équipements sont parfait et au complet. En plus de la piscine et du jacuzzi nous avons découvert un baby-foot et une table de ping-pong. Il faut toutefois noter que l'escalier en colimaçon est très étroit et nécessite un peu de gymnastique pour monter les bagages. Un grand merci à Sara de nous avoir accueilli dans cette belle maison avec son jardin bien entretenu.

Bien équipée , au calme . Espace extérieur (jardin , terrasse ,barbecue , piscine ) très bien . Propriétaires accueillantes et disponibles . Jacuzzi à réviser . Semaine particulièrement chaude ...chambres difficiles à refroidir .

Superbe villa

Nous venons de passer quelques jours dans la villa de Sarah et nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, tout était parfait. La villa, le jardin et la piscine sont d une propreté irréprochable. Tout est spacieux , les équipements sont de qualité. Nous avons profité d une piscine très agréable et bien chauffée, ainsi que du jacuzzi. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement , tout était vraiment très très bien. Merci encore pour tout . Nous recommandons fortement.

La maison du bonheur

Si vous voulez déconnecter du quotidien la maison est faite pour vous ! la piscine chauffée est une pure merveille et le jacuzzi vous attend pour des moments de détentes totale. maison bien située sans vis à vis. Note de 10 sur 10

Séjour absolument parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très agréable, confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque. Sara est très sympathique, disponible, et saura vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de cette superbe région. Nous recommandons à 100% et serons ravis de revenir.

Villa très agréable !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle et grande maison, et ce malgré la pluie :-) Les hôtes sont au petit soin ! ce fût vraiment très agréable. La maison est très propre, la piscine et le jardin clôturés sont parfaits pour un enfant en bas âge : grandes chambres avec sdb et tv, plusieurs espaces conviviaux, cuisine équipée, frigo américain, bar, petit frigo extérieur pour les apéros en terrasse, jeux de plein air, jacuzzi et belle piscine chauffée avec pleins de bouées à disposition, rien ne manque ! La maison est très calme, donne sur une piste cyclable au bout d'une impasse. Le petit marché et le centre ville sont à 500m, nous avions tout à proximité ! (sans parler des huîtres... évidemment très bonnes !) Encore merci pour ce séjour.

Un véritable havre de paix - A NE PAS MANQUER

Du début à la fin de nos vacances, tout était parfait. - Propriétaires agréables et disponibles, - Entretien de la propriété impeccable, - Piscine agréable car très bonne température, - Jacuzzi à disposition - Proche de tous les commerces, accès facile, - Sécurité de prévue : côté piscine (accès fermé) et barrières aux escaliers dans la maison pour les enfants. Vraiment rien à redire. BRAVO AUX PROPRIETAIRES. NOTRE SEJOUR FUT UNE REUSSITE A 200 % MERCI ENCORE !

Très belle et Agréable

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour 6 personnes. 2 adultes et 4 ados. Les propriétaires ont été hyper accueillant, on a même eu le droit à une petite surprise en arrivant ! La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos Et les équipements correspondent à l annonce ! Je recommande +++
