Just Perfect

It is rare to find such a property that is in one word perfect Bathroom, kitchen , living ,besthrooms, toilet, garden, all in perfect condition and on the terras a silence that is needed to relax completely. Un beau séjour en Charente-Maritime

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location en ces 2 dernières semaines de juillet 2024 et en sommes ravis! Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants de 5 et 2 ans et c'est vraiment adapté : un lit bébé + une chaise haute à disposition vraiment très appréciable, une maison plein-pied donc pas de stress avec des escaliers, une résidence entièrement clôturée qui se ferme en toute sécurité, ce qui permet de laisser les enfants s'amuser en toute sérénité. La maison donne sur une très longue allée privée qui donne une sécurité supplémentaire pour les enfants. Par ailleurs, le logement est tres fidèle aux photos de l'annonce, j'avais l'impression de connaître la maison quand je suis arrivée. Elle était propre, bien équipée, décorée avec goût et nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés sur ce qu'il y a à faire dans le coin, d'ailleurs plein de brochures sont à disposition, ce qui est un vrai plus! La maison est enfin parfaitement située, à quelques minutes de l'île d'Oléron, mais aussi à 30 minutes de Royan, 55 de la Rochelle, ce qui permet de visiter tout le secteur et pas seulement l'île. Il y a plein d'activités à faire dans le coin, notamment sur l'île d'Oléron : petit train, bateau, vélo, marchés, ports... Je recommande donc vraiment cette location.

Magnifique Logement , très bien entretenu, décoré avec goût, conforme à la description et très propre. Hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et disponibles . Idéalement placé pour visiter les environs, notamment l’île d’Oleron .

Les propriétaires sont accueillants, et c'est une maison parfaite pour 4 personnes. Elle est bien aménagée, malgré les quelques jours pluvieux que nous avons eu, nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus ! Nous reviendrons !

Malgré le temps

Arrivée vers 20 heure jean François nous a ouvert et nous a faits faire le tour du logements, qui nous attendait avec a température ambiante, espace chaleureux et une très bonne isolation nous nous sommes sentient tout de suite a l'aise, un petit repas équipé d'une cuisine de A à Z et hop au lit pour une bonne nuit de sommeil dans une literies réparatrice. Vraiment c'est pas pour flatté Muriel et jean francois, mes l'endroit est divin sans vis a vis avec un grand emplacement pour se garé et deux terrasses qui cause de pluie, nous n'avons pas pu exploiter, peut-être une prochaine fois a une meilleur période, qui sait.

Belle maison, bien placée pour découvrir la région

Nous avons passé deux semaines ici avec nos trois petits enfants, la maison est calme, propre, fonctionnelle et idéalement placée pour découvrir notamment l’île D’Oléron qui est à 15 minutes en voiture. Le jardin et un grand plus et nous étions très bien accueillir par Jean-François et Muriel.
