"Definitely a 5-star rental. Very clean, nice amenities, and the furniture was great - not all worn out like so many other rental properties. Same goes for the cookware and utensils. Close to the water, and the pass for the private parks was a great bonus.The owner was unreasonably responsive to questions.Pound for pound, the best I’ve ever rented. Highly recommended."
No Better View of the Olympics (near Alderbrook Resort)

"The view was amazing The place was reasonably clean and maintained but some deep cleaning is needed in places like window sills and corners. The couch and pillows are worn out and need a fresh update or cleaning. It was noisier than I expected but it is super close to the main Highway below and the traffic was frequent. In between passing cars, it was calm and you could hear the water lapping against the shoreline, which was so peaceful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable and relaxed."

"Another great visit! We've been coming here with my parents for the last several years, and we always have a wonderful time. The view is stunning, the house is clean and comfortable, and the swimming and paddling from the dock are superb. Can't recommend this place enough!"

"I really enjoyed my stay! The tiny home was beautifully designed and made excellent use of the space. It had everything i needed and felt like a comfortable, fully equipped home rather than a compromise because of its size. The setting on the lake was fantastic and made the whole stay feel peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. It was a unique place to stay! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet lakeside getaway. I would happily stay here again!"

"We spent just a night there and did not use the hot tub, but the water was warm and waiting for us. Cabin is large, with big fridge, but bathroom is small - I guess this was the design many years ago. Almost no staff is present. Reception does not exist so make sure you get your cabin number when you reserve it. We were fortunate to find someone in the laundry room since no cabin was assigned to us, and the guy was really nice and found it on his app."

"We had a wonderful stay! Super clean, cozy, and quiet. The fully fenced in yard and deck was great for our dog. We loved the accessibility to all the activities nearby and communication with the host was excellent!"
Cozy Woodland Escape in Hoodsport near Lake Kokanee and Olympic Hiking

"Great overall! Communication excellent. Burn ban meant we couldn’t enjoy fire pit. Weber grill needed more charcoal, but the Blackstone was great for outdoor cooking. Used the multiple propane tanks to use the blackstone and heat lamp. Kids enjoyed the walk to the lake for fishing and the property grounds to play and hang out at night playing games/cards. The front door was difficult to latch (striker plate alignment issue per husbands) and main house tub had some difficulty draining while in the shower even if the drain mechanism was used properly. Our two families had a great experience, kids were able to camp and adults were able to cook and sleep in comfort while enjoying the peaceful outdoor space and beautiful lake nearby. Thank you!"
