"The hotel parking for guests remains a beguiling problem for Rad Blu. Shifting the onus onto guests for dealing with parking is management's admission that they lack imagination to come up with a workable solution to this problem. That flies in the face of industry perception where the public assumes parking is included as part of the guest fee, or as an add on feature handled by the hotel for an added fee. Be creative! You have a great reputation! Solve the problem. Excellent stay otherwise!!"

"Always a great stay, unfortunately there was a planned power outage, so no shower or services "

"Very nice hotel with a classy lobby and staff. There’s 2 restaurants in the hotel, Denny's and Chop Steakhouse. There's an indoor pool with a waterslide and an outdoor pool. Airport shuttle as well as being very close to the airport. Free parking. There's a Starbucks in the lobby that's only open in the mornings and a gift shop that is hardly ever open. Clean rooms with balconies."

"We were denied access to the free shuttle twice, so they could transfer airline staff first. By the time the third shuttle showed up, almost an hour and a half had passed since getting off of our flight. Unacceptable. "

"The hotel is under renovations...which was not mentioned...yet still charging for "secured parking" which wasn't...gate was open the entire time. Room was clean and comfortable but very loud next to the train tracks. Really disappointing stay. "
