We offer a sea-facing apartment for 4 people located 200 meters from Nausicaà. 600 meters from the port with a fish market every morning. The apartment is opposite the car park and right next to the sailing club and the sand yachting club.

The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a house with a superb view of the sea.

It includes a lounge area, dining area and fitted kitchen with convertible sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a large double bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc ------------ -----------------------------------------------

Schöner Meerblick

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung in einem alten Haus aber schön renoviert, alles da was man braucht, sauber. Schöne Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Duschgel u. Shampoo, großzügige Ausstattung auch an Reinigungsmitteln etc. Nachteil: Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße direkt gegenüber dem Strand im 3.Stock ohne Aufzug, sehr enges Treppenhaus, für ältere oder Gäste mit Beeinträchtigung nicht zu empfehlen. Nur eine Lokalität am Strand, weitere Restaurants in der Altstadt nach längerem Fußweg erreichbar.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Eine Woche in einer modern eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, in der wir die Produkte des Meeres in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Wir lieben Krustentiere und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten.Einziger Wermutstropfen war der beschwerliche Aufstieg in die dritte Etage durch ein enges knarzendes Treppenhaus, das uns als betagte Menschen schwer fiel.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch zentral am Strand von Boulogne sur Mer. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber der Straße, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert - genauso wie die Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist top sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine supertolle Wohnung!
