"The location of the property is in a residential area that looks unsafe. The hotel does have a fence and gate, probably for the same reason. Staff were friendly. We had to eat dinner at the hotel as there was nothing else around. I had a steak and by wife had a chicken but both items were very dry very dry as if they were cooked before and just heated. Breakfast was fine. "

"The Hotels is situated just on the outskirts of Le Mans and within relatively easy walking distance of the centre and the old town which is fabulous. There are plenty of public transport options and ample parking on site. Although the room and bathroom were of a good size and very clean the hotel itself is looking tired and could do with a little refurbishment. Ideal for a short stay. "
