"Staff was unaware that our room door to the outside was not able to lock. We were shocked. Had to move to another room which was a pain. Also there were NO “amenities”. No breakfast, European breakfast, coffee or anything. The last Wyndham property had all of that plus home bake type cookies, ice cream, even a free map and did special things like putting our ice packs in their freezer. Staff was always around to help, there were no staff half the time to even talk or ask about something in Livingston. Extremely disappointed in our stay -thought Wyndham did a better job and that we could count on the Wyndham name for quality. Valerie Howie"

"This hotel had a cute western theme. Our room was clean. It had everything we needed: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer. There was also a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The bed frame was rather squeaky and the mattress had a big dip in it, so it was uncomfortable."
