Peaceful getaway
Beautiful, quiet, updated townhome, convenient location. One of best rental experiences. It was incredibly clean, updated, well decorated, comfortable beds / linens. Wood burning fireplace is a bonus! Irina does an amazing job making you feel right at home with extra touches She is very friendly, flexible and responsive. Look forward to staying again!

This rental was in a great neighborhood, just a short walk (or bike) to Pearl Street. It was so clean! The owners were very responsive when we had a little issue. We loved using the provided bikes to ride around town. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of three were very happy with our stay. The location was very convenient. The garage was very helpful for our rental car. 2 small patio seating areas were nice for reading outside. The expressos were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely LOVED IT
Everything in the unit was perfection. The pictures accurately reflected the unit. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We would recommend this unit and are interested in renting again next year. Using the last four digits of our phone as the check in code is genius :-) . The landscape was also so peaceful and serene. Perfect Boulder property
We stayed at the property for the 3rd time on a visit to our son who is a CU Boulder student. The location is perfect for walking or biking to Pearl Street and the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods (bikes provided). We also have loved having a garage for our car and a place to store our skis while in town. The space is just as pictured, super comfortable and well-stocked with everything you could need. The Nespresso machine and milk foamer are the perfect extras to make this place feel like a treat.

Great atmosphere and proximity to Pearl Street. I was unable to figure out the heat. Although I finally managed to get the upstairs thermostat to 71 for a period of time, it was very chilly both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs reader was never more than 64 degrees. Just thought I should let you know for future clients

Highly recommend!
The home was easy to access, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and clean, full of amenities. We wanted for nothing! It was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants at the Pearl Street Mall and so close to beautiful hiking areas! The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend and if I go back to Boulder I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Visit
This was one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Great location, spectacularly clean, well-equipped kitchen (knives were even sharp!!), good TV options so we could watch the World Cup, and high end/quality decor and furnishings. One thing to note is that you are requested to take your shoes off when you come inside (which is fine and makes total sense). It just might be a good idea to bring slippers or slipper socks with grip so you don’t slip in socks on the hardwood floors or stairs! We will be back when we return to Boulder! Beautiful convenient property
This property has it all- from the comfortable living areas, high end bathroom finishes, great coffee maker/milk foamer in kitchen, to the bikes in the 2 car garage. Also super convenient if you do not have a car. Easy walking to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars on Pearl Street and beyond. My CU student didn't even mind the walk from the Hill.

Beautiful place, beautiful location!
We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. The place is beautiful, welcoming and super clean. It looks exactly as represented in the photos — and the location cannot be beat. It is a short walk to many wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and spas/salons. Even though the location was so close to Pearl Street Mall, it was very serene and peaceful. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the Denver/Boulder area. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Irina for the great hospitality!

Ideal Boulder Home Away From Home
This is the second visit I have made with friends to Boulder and stayed at this property. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the location is ideal as it is walking distance to everything yet tucked away in a quiet area away from traffic. Excellent communication from property manager and easy access. Would highly recommend the property and already have another trip booked to stay here in just a couple months.

This apartment was the perfect spot to visit our kids at CU. Furniture is comfortable and spacious enough to have them come hang out and, though we didn't cook here, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans and accessories. Bedrooms were quite comfortable. Nice to have a garage as well, though we walked quite a bit, as the location is perfect. Irina was super easy and always quick to respond. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for a friend and I to stay while climbing. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking breakfast and dinner. Having a garage was so nice. We didn't have to bring everything in each night. You are walking distance or short drive from everything Boulder. The few questions I had were answered immediately. Would definitely stay here again.
