Very nice house, spacious and well kept. Above all, you get a stunning view of the Flatirons, whether from the excellent deck or through floor-to-ceiling windows in the interior. That's really what you're paying for and to my friends and me, it was worth it! Location is convenient to downtown and local hikes. Hosts were responsive and the entry/exit process was easy.

This house was fantastic. We had two families, which included four teens and they loved the house and ping pong table. The adults loved the proximity to Denver, RMNP, Red Rocks, etc. The house was well stocked. We were in town while the temps were in the 90s, so be aware that there is AC in the living and the prime bedroom only. Plenty of fans were provided, and if you opened the windows at night that definitely helped. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Boulder Home

My girlfriends and I came for a long weekend getaway and this home was the perfect place to stay. The views from the deck were amazing. The most relaxing way to spend time in the sun enjoying wine. The house was gorgeous and the kitchen was a chefs dream. We even had a private chef come and make us all dinner one night. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Retreat

We brought our family of 6 to Boulder for the first time ever. With 4 children, we need ample space which this home had for sure! The listing was 100% accurate, furnishings, kitchen supplies and personal supplies were some of the best I have seen. The views as well can't be beat! Thank you to the home owners for offering their beautiful home!

A Wonderful Find in Boulder

We stayed at this home while moving our son into CU and could not have been happier. There is nothing at all in the negative column. The positives are many. First the interior is wonderfully appointed with top line appliances and even more rooms than we needed. The bedding is very comfortable and bathrooms all updated. The linens and towels were all new. The outside deck opens to the most beautiful view of the Flatirons and we even grilled out one evening. The host answered all inquiries in under an hour and is even sending a med left behind responding immediately. We could not be more pleased with our stay and this first time in Boulder.

This home was the perfect place to enjoy a week with our family. We had three couples and a toddler, and the house allowed for enough space to enjoy each other’s company as well as privacy in the bedrooms. We found the house to be very clean and well equipped. It’s in a very nice and safe neighborhood. It’s up on a bluff for outstanding and private views while being within minutes to the local attractions and stores. We were very happy with our stay, and will highly recommend it to anyone considering coming to Boulder.

The views are amazing and the house is huge. Bed was comfortable and the shower in the primary bathroom was fabulous. The house did show signs of many rentals over time, but it was comfortable and the fireplace and ping pong table were very nice perks.
