You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Gorgeous home in the peaceful Wonderland lake neighborhood

This beautiful, newly remodeled 3000 sq foot house was designed to let as much natural light into the house as possible. It is our primary home and we love having guests when we go up the mountains or go camping. We have easy access to downtown Boulder (10 minutes), hiking/mountain biking (5-10 minutes) and 25 minutes to skiing (35 minutes to Eldora). We have a 60" TV for movie night!

The main floor of our house has a master bedroom with king size bed and attached 5 piece master bath.

The office has a daybed and attached bathroom (shower, no tub). The downstairs has two additional bedrooms (one with a King bed and a second with a twin trundle bed that converts to a king). There is a large playroom/TV room downstairs with a 60" TV. There is a 3rd full bathroom downstairs as well.

The backyard is a relaxing space to hang out in the spring, summer, and fall. This is an excellent place to get work done or as a place to stay if you are looking to explore Boulder or the surrounding areas.

We use high quality linens and towels. We provide non-toxic personal care products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturizer, lotion, hand soap) all purchased through Public Goodsdotcom (vegan-friendly, organic, tree-free, zero-waste).

Boulder city requirements state that a family + 2 people can stay here or 3 unrelated people.
