Beautiful setting and great location! Plenty of room for the seven of us during our winter stay, and the fireplace was nice & warm on the cold evenings. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen.

Amazing location!

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

Great House in a Great Location!

The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

Gorgeous views & great location!!

The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. Our group was very comfortable at the house and Jason was available via text and responded quickly! Would recommend this home for your next trip to Boulder.

Mountain Retreat

This property is centrally located to activities both in town and in the mountains, while allowing you the space to feel secluded with nature. Jason is very responsive and helpful. There a few house bugs but par the course. Great location and service, would stay again.

Great place for family

Outstanding location that’s close to town and remote at the same time. Saw many deer and spring snow shower was nice and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out in the house and only had to go to grocery for food. Bring hiking shoes to get across the street to Centennial trailhead. Would stay again, great host communication throughout as well

Amazing stay!

The house was everything as advertised and more. Jason was great to work with and answered all questions we had immediately. The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need and the beds were extremely comfortable. Downtown is truly only a 5 minute drive and very accessible . Beautiful Boulder

Our extended family stayed at this amazing property right outside of Boulder. Beautiful scenery made you feel like you were in the mountains but a quick 5 minute drive and you were in downtown. Super convenient, lots to do with the kids (swimming, hiking), wildlife viewings and well stocked house. Jason was very accommodating quickly helping us with whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. The owners were extremely available to answer my questions. The property looks even better than online, as the living area is a great open floor plan. We had 11 family members stay here for my daughter’s wedding at Planet Bluegrass. We hosted the rehearsal brunch at the house and the bridal party did their hair and makeup here as well. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. It was a magical experience and everyone complimented on the home. When the kids were downstairs it was as if us adults had the place to ourselves. The owners thought of everything from hammocks to flower vases to chocolates on the pillowcase. This home made everything so easy and relaxing. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for giving us memories to last a lifetime! Xoxo

Boulder Paradise

I rented this house during my son’s destination wedding in Boulder so my family could stay together. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean and the views are amazing. This house was a short drive to Pearl Street too. The owner Jason was outstanding and very nice to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accessible and attentive. Thanks Jason! We hope to come back for ski season!

Great house in a nice part of Boulder

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Daydream. Jason made sure everything was dialed in before and during our time in his house. The place is well-stocked with fun things for our kids and grown-ups, like toys, games, a karaoke machine, and a basketball hoop. Be aware that the two upstairs bedrooms are lovely and the four downstairs are less... desirable. This created a fun logistical conversation with our group about who would be subterranean.

Wedding Weekend

Sunshine Daydream was a perfect spot for our extended family to stay as they celebrated our son's wedding. Our group ranged in age from 14 to 84. The location was beautiful, close to hiking trails but still very accessible to downtown. The first afternoon we were there we were greeted by a large family of deer, including one with huge antlers, strolling by the property. Inside, the layout of the house was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. This is a great house for a large group looking to experience all that Boulder has to offer.

Mountain Sanctuary Home

We stayed at Jason’s home in the mountains for 4 nights while we were in town for our wedding. It was the best decision we could have made. Just minutes away from Pearl Street and all that Boulder has to offer, the house is in a prime location. At the same time, it feels like you are all alone up in the mountains, which is rare for being so close to Boulder. Jason was responsive, accommodating, and the home was truly a beautiful retreat. You can spend hours just relaxing on the back deck taking in the Mountain View’s in the sunshine. We will happily book the place again next time we are in town! Thanks for everything Jason…until next time!

A winter wonderland

We had 3 generations of family visiting Boulder for a big birthday celebration. The house was a perfect backdrop for the gathering. During our stay, there was a huge snowstorm and the canyon views out every window were just gorgeous. There were also several Elk sightings, which added to the fun. The great room was really large and comfortable for the group as we hung out and played games while watching the snow roll in. Jason, the owner, was also very welcoming, helpful and immediately responsive. The canyon house driveway is long and steep and we especially appreciated the snow removal when we needed to get to town!

INCREDIBLE WEDDING WEEKEND!!

We had the most incredible experience staying at this VRBO for our wedding weekend! 🌟 The venue was absolutely perfect for our rehearsal dinner, providing a beautiful and intimate setting that made the evening unforgettable. This place was also an awesome landing spot for all our friends and family who came into town for the weekend. The spacious and comfortable accommodations made everyone feel right at home, and it was wonderful to have everyone together in one place. A special shoutout to our host, who was incredible at communicating and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were extremely accommodating and made the entire weekend stress-free, allowing us to focus on celebrating with our loved ones. An Awesome large home in Boulder CO

This home is simply amazing. Total open concept of dining room, kitchen and great room. The great room has soaring ceilings and enormous windows just like the photo on the home's VRBO site. We were a group of 10: me, my husband, our 3 adult children and a fiance, my brother, sister in law and 2 adult nieces. Great WiFi.The house is large so plenty of room for 10 people to spread out. We cooked meals in - the kitchen has everything you need for serious cooking: utensils, large cast iron skillet, dutch oven, lots of pots and pans and an outdoor grill.The bed linens and towels are very soft & lovely - a lot of rental places schimp on these items but not here.A half mile down the hill from the house are trailheads to many great trails. Boulder is a great town - lots of places to shop for all the food items we needed for our recipes.Great pedestrian mall on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder.Overall, this is a tremendous house in a great location. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

Great location in Boulder

We stayed in this fabulous house for a family reunion. The occasion was a family reunion. We were 9 people and had up to four dinner guests on several occasions. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. there was a propane grill outside as well. There's a wonderful living room with a great couch and good TV (we watched a lot of Olympics there) and lots of other space in the large, open plan main floor. Great views from the many large windows. We saw deer several evenings and mornings. The location is fantastic: short drive to downtown, but also right on a canyon road going up into the mountains. We drove up to Gold Hill one night for food and music. The house is close to several nice hiking trails. We used above ground pool for cooling off (major heat wave while we were there); there's also a basketball hoop, pingpong table. We would definitely go back again -- it really worked for us. Jason was super responsive throughout our visit -- he answered all questions we had immediately. All in all, it was a great vacation.
